Very good location, and good bed 😀

Breakfast was very small and the coffee was so thin that I could not drink it. It would be good to have instant coffee to put in it.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. They had great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They went beyond the call of duty when they helped me find a power adapter for one I'd left at home. They gave excellent directions too. The breakfast was good and varied. The hotel is a very short walk to the port which is another reason to stay there before a cruise.

The room faced the street and was noisy from buses, cars, and motorcycles revving their engines late at night. That's NOT their fault, but it was hard to stay asleep. I would have preferred a room farther from the street.

Staff very helpful (provided us with jug to boil water and stored baggage when we had 6 hours to kill). Very central for downtown Vancouver. Duvet was just right. Shower was good - hot with reasonable pressure. Breakfast included waffles, cereal , fruit, croissants, yoghurt and muffins. Do pretty good, basic food

Decor is dated; wash basin has crack; cracked and chipped paint. Just tired room. Mattress too hard. Couldn't see the sun/sky as room looked directly onto concrete side of a building. Room was small but functionary. Expensive room for what it is. Side lighting, no central light.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and great location near transport, downtown and restaurants.

When we arrived they were in the middle of a refurbishment and so a bit chaotic. The hotel is a bit tired but otherwise good, perhaps the refurbishment will change that.

Very helpful staff, excellent location - within 5 min walk of the final rapid subway direct line from the airport, which is quite convenient. Quality wifi, comfortable and silent room with modern coffee machine, fridge and lots of space. Within walking distance of many attractions and museums, and the Vancouver seawalk wall, 20 min walk to Chinatown. All in all, good value for money. Across the street from a major shopping mall and many nearby eateries and restaurants.

Elevator behaves in an erratic way, stops from time to time and, according to staff and other guests, "takes 1 to 2 min to reset". Also, basic breakfast, included in the price - plenty of muffins and croissants, yoghurt, bagels and bread, plus cold hardboiled eggs. And a waffle machine. Plus milk, coffee, tea, and an orange and apple juice machine. I would have liked to have a greater choice of cereals and bread and other kinds of fruit (there were just apples and oranges).

I went there for a conference and the stay was comfy and close to the convention center. The room was decent for two and the breakfast was good.

My stay at the Wyndham Vancouver Downtown was excellent! The room although small was really comfy! Everything was super clean and the bed was great! The location is really central to downtown so getting everywhere was a breeze. The main highlight of my stay though was the staff! Everyone working there was lovely and so personable.

Once again, not really something I didn’t like but the room was a little tiny so keep that in mind for anyone thinking of staying here. And sometimes the elevator takes a while since its a smaller hotel.

Great location, very central in Vancouver and easy to get around, the staff were very friendly , letting us leave our luggage prior to checking in, we also thought the bed was very comfortable and liked that the room also had a bath as many hotels just have showers.

We thought the price was a little bit too high considering this is quite a basic hotel, however considering the location and other hotels in the area we do understand this is roughly the prices in Vancouver. However we did feel the hotel could have been improved, the rooms and lift seemed quite outdated and perhaps could do with upgrading, also the breakfast was very basic.

Location was awesome! Breakfast was great! It was a very clean facility.

When we were leaving, we had to carry all suitcases down 3 flights of steps...only one elevator for all folks traveling to cruise terminal. We waited for elevator for approximately 30 minutes, then we decided we couldn't wait any longer, and we were also traveling with my son who had an infant with many additional things carry down the steps. Another elevator is needed or a bigger elevator.

The hotel is A short walk from Waterfront station airport train,,once you have settled, buses stop in both directions virtually out side the door and if you feel like walking Canada Central and Vancouver attractions are A five minutes walk, if you are exhausted an English pub is under the pub, happy hour is good value and the beer's are exceptional
