The service staff at the restaurant Nd at reception were all super friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast buffet and a la carte breakfast and yummy flatbreads and other small stuff for dinner. Wednesday is live music. We liked the pool and hottub. The location is great to get to all sights, a lot are walkable from there. A Seven Eleven is right next door, Starbucks, a Vietnamese place and pizza right in the area, too. It is a really safe neighborhood. The waterfront is right there, but do not expect a view from the hotel. The matresses a touch soft and the pillows very bulky. No computer or business center, but they will do anything you need for you and print it out. Wouñd have been great to have breakfast included. For family of four it adds another 140 CAD to the bill per day, but then, Vancouver is expensive.

Nice central location, walkable to Stanley Park, restaurants/bars on Robeson and Davie, as well as the Seabus terminal to get to North Vancouver. Quick bus ride to Gastown and Chinatown. Area right by the hotel is quiet at night but not far from things to do - great base of operations for visiting Vancouver if you plan to be traveling to different parts of the city. Beautiful view of the water and mountains from the rooms on the North side of the building.

Really nothing bad to say, price was high in absolute terms but good relative to other similar properties in Vancouver.

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and had a great view of the waterfront area and Stanley Park. Housekeeping did a great job of maintaining privacy and keeping my room clean and well stocked with coffee. The bed and pillows were super comfortable . The pool and hot tub were. very enjoyable. I paid a high price due to a convention, but it was worth it. Great location only 15 minute walk to convention center

The male server in the restaurant seemed like he was having a bad day both times I ate there. He could have been a little bit more friendly. He seemed annoyed that many people in my group did not order any alcoholic drinks

The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly! Had a chat with a few and they were helpful when asking about some of the destinations we wanted to checkout! They had a bidet in the washroom which I’ve never seen at any hotel in Canada, so this was a huge plus! they cleaned our rooms very well also. View was nice- mix of office buildings and mountain view. Location was perfect! Close to everything, we walked 5 mins to catch our free shuttle to suspension bridge, and at that stop there was also a bus we took to Whistler. Gym was exceptionally clean and nice as well if you’re planning on going!

Really nothing major, maybe a bit pricey compared to Toronto hotel pricing but that’s pretty much it. It didn’t include breakfast so we had to pay $30 for the each of us to have it, but it is worth it because it’s buffet style. The food and hot drinks were all fresh honestly, my family enjoyed it. They had gluten free bread as well. I’d definitely return on next visit!

Great room, decent size, nice furniture and very clean. Amazing toilet haha (heated seat and washing system). The bathroom was also very nice in general. Food was excellent. The new Japanese spa was also excellent - best massage I've had. Wonderful location, close to the water and an easy run to Stanley Park.

Terrible view staring right into an office building across the way. I couldn't even have curtains open because I could clearly see people walking around at close distance. Not even a tiny view of anything that wasn't another building.

The staff was very attentive, constantly checked on us and offered help while we were waiting for our room. The room was clean and spacious, bed is very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are outdoor, but well maintained. Gym equipment was a bit outdated, but worked just fine. Valet parking was very convenient.

One of the three elevator was out of service which caused longer wait. We got there early than the check-in time and there was no room ready, had to wait for around an hour to get the room. There was very little green space around the hotel building for our dog to do her business.

A big room with a comfy bed. The pool was a nice bonus extra with a hot tub as well. It was clean and very well located as well. We had a breakfast one morning which was very tasty. The room was stocked with a coffee machine which was welcomed.

It is quite expensive and given what you pay things could be better. It was one of the less friendly hotels we stayed at during our travels and I think the damage deposit they take it quite high given the prices already being charged. I know this is commonplace in Canada though. Also in our room the AC was broken and making a weird noise, it took us a while to work out where the noise was from but it kept us awake on night 1.

Location was central to most of the key city attractions, felt safe and had a supermarket and drug store across the road so very convenient. It might feel a bit quiet outside the hotel but it is very close to the water and to Robson Street which has a bit of energy. The rooms are big enough and clean, staff were attentive, housekeeping was excellent and the amenities ticked most of the boxes. If you don’t care for the frills, but just a clean, safe place to stay, this is a good value hotel in a convenient location. Will stay again when we are next there.

Neighbourhood might feel a little sterile at times given the transition from office to residential, but it is close to places like Robson Street which are very active.

This is a lovely hotel, great spacious rooms, and a fantastic view. Much attention to detail, gowns and slippers, lovely lotions, a coffee machine (though I'm a tea drinker, but was instantly provided with a kettle when requested at reception). I particularly love the pool, which was warm and empty! We stayed in February so I expect it's easily packed in summer as it's quite small. The gym is really well equipped too. Cleaners did a fantastic job. I'd recommend this hotel.

I would've given it 5 stars but for 3 things: - our room (2008) was really cold and the fan only blew out cold air no matter what temperature you set - in spite of specifically requesting a quiet room, there's constant repetitive loud noise from the lifts and something else that we couldn't identify, all through the night - my daughter was on a sofa bed which she tells me was pretty uncomfortable We stayed 8 nights but because of these things we slept really badly. That said, it is a lovely hotel and if I returned I would try to address those things.

We stayed 3 nights pre-cruise & really enjoyed the hotel & the great location. It's close to the Harbour so you can walk to the port. From the airport, it's an easy skytrain ride to the waterfront & then a short walk to the hotel. Everything is so walkable in the area. The staff were friendly & professional. The rooms were nice & very comfortable. The onsite restaurant was affordable & very pleasant. We will definitely return the next time we're in Vancouver
