Centrally located within a few steps of transit stops and high end shops.❤️ Our room was amazing. We had 2 spacious and very clean bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a sitting and dining room complete with a desk and seperate kitchen and a wide screen TV with all the usual cable channels available.❤️ There was an external door to our own balcony. We even had a storage room where we could store our luggage. There was a large high quality supermarket across the street and they had a great supply of cooked meals to take away. ❤️ The kitchen area had a full sized double door fridge with separate freezer drawer, a microwave, oven and stove with dishwasher and all the needed cooking pots/pans/utensils and plates, bowls and cutlery together with a Nescafé machine with pods that were topped up each day. ❤️

No negatives here.

I was expecting a bog-standard hotel room and I got a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen- very nice suprise! Location is very good in a ritzy part of Vancouver's West End. My room was on the 21st floor with great views to the north; for brief period when it wasn't cloudy and raining, I could espy the mountains to the north, and that was beautiful. Staff were friendly and professional. GREAT SHOWER! Great water pressure and a nice hand-held showerhead, wish every hotel had this! HVAC is really good, central air that's easy to control and must be a blessing in the summer. Finally, the price was refreshingly fair, at least in early April when I visited.

There's a "smart TV" with all smart features turned off, so I couldn't stream youtube or my sportsnet for watching the very important hockey games happening right now. The sheets on the bed are, frankly, horrible, and the pillowcases too- weirdly slippery, they really cheaped out on this important amenity. There is a big storage closet that COULD fit a washer/dryer but none is there- Carmana can learn from Sonder, which has laundry in every suite. Same goes for the kitchen- appliances are beautiful but one really cheap, poor-quality knife? I'd have loved to cook but wasn't about to go and buy the tools for cooking.

The location was absolutely perfect. I took my mother (82) with me so we got a two bedroom suite and cannot say enough about how comfortable and cared for we felt. Everything we could want or need was there for us. We are not people who need our room tended to every day so we left the “no service needed “ on our door every day and just stopped by the front desk to get whatever we needed. After a few days they actually came to the door one evening to check in to make sure we were ok. We will definitely be back!

The room/apartment was larger than expected and kept very clean. We had a problem with the included safe which was sorted very quickly. the staff were all very friendly and happy to help. The position of the hotel was good about 30 mins walk to Stanley Park and 10 mins to the cruise terminal (close enough to walk with our suitcases as mostly downhill).

The room was wonderful — basically a suite with a kitchen, a study, a great shower, and a large bedroom.

This was the perfect location for getting around, the room was very clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I liked the location of this hotel and I loved that the accommodations are full suites with a full kitchen. It was not just a kitchenette. It was like staying in an apartment and it was large and roomy and clean and quiet. It was close to bus lines and to grocery stores. There is an Urban Fare grocery store with a Starbucks directly across the street and there is a Safeway and Whole Foods nearby. Also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. It’s also easy to get to the Canada Line train station to get to and from the airport. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I had no complaints.

The location was positive, we hired a car and getting in and out of the carpark in the lane was easy. There were also internal lifts easy to get up to your room from the carpark. Robson street at the back of hotel is safe and has many eatery choices, groceries and chemist shops as required. Front desk crew were always happy to help with any questions. If you are a Danish pastry sort of person Paris Baguette is downstairs, and we may or may not have gone back multiple times lols. Very professional, huge choices and selection. Very easy to get to the places a tourist might like such as Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Vancouver Island Ferries, Coastal Road up to Whistler etc. This property is quite some distance away from Gastown where all the safety issues are and is in a part of Vancouver, I would be more than happy taking my family to again.

Felt the kitchen requires more utensils like, tongs and spoons to cook with, but otherwise everything was there to be used.

The location is excellent, in a good part of the Downtown, with lots of good shops and restaurants around and a short walk to the waterfront. There is an excellent upmarket food store right across the street. The apartments has everything you need for two, it is really big with large sitting and dining areas, well equipped kitchen and a very cute study area. The bathroom has dual entry and is very functional.

The ducted air conditioner was loud and as it kept turning on and off automatically, which would make us waking up. We turned the automatic mode off and that fixed the issue.

This hotel is part of a hotel/condominium complex. The room we stayed in was a 1 bedroom suite with a king bed,living room/dining room, washroom and kitchen. There was also a small balcony. The suite was quite spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Canada Place, Stanley Park and downtown were all within walking distance. A cab ride to downtown or Canada Place was about $7-8 dollars if transportation was required. Robson Street was one block away, with many shops and restaurants available. Directly across the street from the hotel is a fair sized food market with a bakery for groceries and eat-in/take-out available at very reasonable prices. Definitely check out Breka Bakery which is about a block away off of Robson Street. We enjoyed our stay and would book there again when in Vancouver.
