Such a marvelous, albeit brief stay. We flew in from Europe and arrived very tired. The check in went quickly with the young man at the front desk being very helpful indeed. We ended up with a suite which was delightful. Supper was very pleasant and the service was top notch. After 6 hours of rest, we went down for a super breakfast. SO nice to see other choices than stale bread and cereal in boxes! Again, such pleasant staff at 0630 in the morning. Thank you all for a stellar effort.

A bit less 'febreeze' freshener everywhere. My wife has slight allergies that the constant use of these chemicals aren't helpful to breathing!

We stayed one night because of the airport shuttle. Flying in one day and out the next. Don't confuse this hotel with Raddisson Blue it is NOT the same chain, different shuttle bus! A good hotel, Susan in the breakfast restaurant was very helpful and chatty. She recommended the Richmond centre mall (high class shops), very easy to get to from nearby Aberdeen station to Richmond Brighouse station. The Metro also provides very easy access to the city. Had lunch in the Cactus Club restaurant at the mall, very good! Need to book it was busy! The room was quiet in spite of the trainline being very close. Nice bar to relax in as well. Two large beds in the room. At the airport, there is a phone where you call the respective hotel to get the shuttle. Call the number for the Raddison. Tell them the door number you are at. Do not get on the other shuttle!

Nothing, we were very happy with the hotel. It is an airport hotel, but you can easilly get into the city on the Metro.

A great pick for an airport hotel - easy shuttle, you just have to use the free phone outside Departures. Nicholas, the shuttle driver, was so friendly and lovely company for the short trip to the hotel. You could get the Metro if you wanted, with one change, but the shuttle is very quick and simple. I was given a suite, which I dont think I booked, and it was huge! Separate living area with tv, a fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Aberdeen station is just a few minutes walk away, and the Canada Line gets you as far as Waterfront station within 30 mins. Easy! The gym is really well equipped and the pool is decent. Unusual to have a pool at an airport hotel, and its not a bad size. They will store your luggage if you need. Theres a restaurant there, I had breakfast, it was quiet and the food was good

My only suggestion would be one of those spinning swimwear dryers in the changing rooms. I had to pack a damp suit as I wasnt there long enough for it to dry. Its not something 'I didnt like' its just a suggestion.

Located in close proximity to the Skytrain you can get into Central Vancouver really easily. Hotel has a hourly shuttle bus to the airport and on demand when you arrive. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. I made use of the Chinese supermarket for snacks etc. If you ParkRun it's an easy 5min walk to the start of Richmond ParkRun.

Only one lift working but didn't have long to wait at any point. I was upgraded to a suite on my incoming overnight stay which would have been fabulous if you were a heavy sleeper but the laundry and staff lift adjacent to the room made the lounge area very noisy from early in the morning,

Great location, free shuttle bus pick up from/to Vancouver airport. We stayed for one night before the cruise next day. Shopping malls are just nearby. Walkable to Skytrain just for 3 minutes. Clean and Spacious room with 2 double beds, gym & swimming pool. Friendly staff, speedy check in and check out. Thanks for 2 bottles of water are provided. Again, location is super convenience, short stay is fine. I would come back again if needed in the future.

Outdated furniture, expensive summer rate for one night $400, breakfast not included. It would be great if continental breakfast is provided for guests.

Very comfortable room, clean and quiet. Great location (next to sky train). Airport shuttle was super fast (no pick ups at other hotels). Gym was fairly well equipped, a good size and quiet. Staff were very helpful

Both times I stayed here one of the elevators is broken which can make for some long waits and full loads. Also the 12th floor accessible by a weird cargo elevator which freaked me out at first. (front desk did offer to help, I was fine but it took some time to work out the system)

The location in relation to the airport was great and a shuttle is available. There was a grocery store very close by to get snacks, and a transit station across the street for a trip into Vancouver. The room had a small refrigerator and there was a microwave in the ice machine room. Other reviews said the hotel was run down, but my room was fine - you can tell by the bathroom that the hotel is older but everything worked and the room was clean. Bonus....the lighting in the bathroom was great and I could open a window for fresh air.

Excellent choice for overnight stay before flying out of Vancouver Airport. We were only there 12 hours but location was close to airport and there are restaurants within walking distance. The airport shuttle was so easy to locate and arrange. The front desk then organised the return journey for us upon check-in. Room was comfortable and complimentary coffee available in lobby for those early morning check-outs. Reception team were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Very close to the Skytrain station, enough to go without an umbrella in the rain. Additional towels enough to use the whole stay (three nights) had already been supplied. It was comfortable for a duvet day. The fridge was large with a small freezing space. Therefore, I could enjoy tea with fresh milk all day in my room.

The phone for the airport shuttle request was at an aisle of outside the airport terminal bldg. It took a long time to find it. (However, the phone was shared with many hotels with an airport shuttle. So the same thing to be said for almost all the hotels in Vancouver.) Unfortunately, I managed to find it, but no one responded to the call.

24 hr shuttle - others say they have a shuttle but I picked this hotel because I was not sure my flight would arrive in time, it was 2hrs late and was happy to have the shuttle pick me up. Also used it for the drop off for my flight the next afternoon. Much easier than using sky train as my bags were heavy. Comfortable bed, quiet workout room, easy walk to many local restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Staff were very helpful and in a pleasant mood.

Instructions for shuttle were a bit confusing because I didn't not find the area to "call the hotel on the airport phones". I'm glad I live in BC because it was a quick call.
