The host was very friendly and communicated well. I felt safe and well looked after. The room was perfect, i was able to sleep well in a comfy bed. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to buses or i was able to enjoy my walks to get food or have a couple of beers at the bar down the way where the staff were also wonderful. My host Patrick was very accomodating when it came to picking me and dropping me to the airport, which i am very grateful for. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who wants a home away from home experience and will likely be returning back again myself.

The host was very kind and provided continental breakfast as well as house slippers! We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and they set up a beautiful banner to greet us! A+++ experience!

The walls were a little thin so we could hear other guests. The parking situation was a bit crowded but free, so that's a +. Very firm bed which some might appreciate

Patrick and Vicki were ideal hosts. Patrick did airport pickup and cruise drop off, and was so helpful with all sorts of information. The room was comfortable and breakfast facilities were very welcome.

Patrick and Vickie are wonderful hosts! Their place is kept immaculately clean and is in a very safe residential neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Patrick met us at the airport, and even helped to give my suitcase a temporary fix so I could use it after it was damaged by the airline. He was always helpful and available to answer any questions, and we appreciated the convenience of being dropped at the pier for our cruise. Breakfast consisted of nourishing basics, but was just right to start the day. The internet was fast, too. This bed & breakfast is in Richmond and is not far from the airport. Restaurants and shopping are just a short distance away. If you are looking for a quiet, safe spot to get a good night’s sleep, I highly recommend staying here. I’ve already recommended it to folks I met in Vancouver and to people I know from home who may visit that area. It was perfect for cruisers like us!

Our room shared a bathroom with another room, which we were aware of when booking and it worked out fine. There is a third room with its own bathroom if sharing is an issue for you. We were really only in the room to sleep, and the bed was comfortable. It was only after we left that I realized there is no tv, but this also wasn’t an issue because I had my iPad.

Very clean and organized, host was super accommodating!! We had to arrive quite a bit later than expected, but Patrick was able to greet us with no issues and was very kind. The shuttle services were great as well!

Breakfast felt somewhat limited, but I can’t complain too much as you’d be paying much more for a hotel/breakfast anywhere else in Vancouver!

The owner Patrick was very helpful. On our checkout day, he let us leave a lot of stuff at his place so we could pick up at a later time that day. He also helped move those stuff.

Great location, close to airport, city via air train. Patrick offered airport pickup and drop off at a reasonable price. The breakfast provided was perfect for us.

Very difficult to find at night. It was much easier the next day to understand the location. Pretty good for getting to the airport, but far from the city center. A little expensive for what we got

Patrick was really nice and helpful, it was clean and comfortable and great for people that need a cheap place to stay near the airport because maybe the missed the last ferry. A quick no frills inexpensive place to stay with helpful easy going staff.
