Quick and simple, wasn’t too hard to find. Parking was free and safe. Felt welcoming and very clean. My brother made coffee from the lobby several times and even to go from that machine. At check in, staff was very nice and even asked which floor I’d prefer! At checkout a different staff (Hameed) and he was very nice as well and made us feel appreciated with our business and I’d surely come back after our great experience.

It’s a little busy area or street but not too bad getting there.

It was a convenient location and surprisingly not as noisy as I would have expected it to be. Newly renovated, comfortable pillows and beddings. Great friendly customer service from check in to check out. Free coffee, 24 hour front desk.

Add a hot tub in the centre courtyard? 😉 That may make a better use of that space as a suggestion, as it is really nice there but seems wasted with only some furniture.

What a gem. Literally was exceptionally clean, upgraded, big TV's and aesthetically appealing and updated rooms. The staff were beyond most 4.5 and 5 star hotels i have stayed at, minus any arrogance. These people are amazing. One of the best bang for your buck hotel experiences i have had. Pleasant surprise.

Nothing could have been better for the price I paid.

Amazing little motel. Loved the atmosphere and staff were very friendly. Hand written note in the room and complimentary snacks were an extra bonus

I don't know much about the area and didn't realize the location was such a busy area. I didn't sleep well due to the noise but that is not anything to do with the hotel

Everything, from nice staff, free parking, free foods, flexible staff when a little bit late checking out, very comfortable bed and clean room and washroom, absolute value for money. Not to forget the amazing mountain view from our balcony.

None that I can note of.

The recent renovation was nicely done, room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious.

It was bit noisy because of the location at a busy intersection, but there was no issue with noise between the rooms.

We loved having access to a great coffee machine in the lobby! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and the room was bright and clean. Free parking was a big perk in the city!

The polyester sheets, my only complaint.

Staff helped me up the stairs with my 70 pound scooter!! He called me sir about 6 times in 5 minutes

I arrived after midnight and they still made me checkout at 11am. Usually if you check in late, they let you sleep in!!

The free coffee and water at the reception area. We also liked how clean the facility was.

Not fully soundproof.. can hear the footsteps of the people from upstairs.
