The room was large and the bathroom was clean and bright. We were staying here to attend our daughter's wedding and we needed a handbag fixed and the maintenance person came out with the right tools and fixed it. The staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and friendly. As my husband is Celiac he was able to get GF bread and cereal. The breakfast was very nice - a pancake machine, eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, various baked goods and hot/cold drinks. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good every day. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We stayed here many years ago, and it still looks as good now as it did then. Hotel is located by itself, secure area for our vehicle parking at night. Located in a safe location away from the old downtown Pitt Meadows.

Internet was down for 2 days on floors 2 and 3. The hotel itself is very nice, but it's location is awkward getting onto highway and heading east.

Staff were excellent. We decided to change to a King after booking a double queen and Natalie was so obliging to help us. Also gave us some good tourist spots to hit up. Room size was good and nice bed.

Only issue was our room was over a door to the back of the hotel. Clearly no smoking signs up but seemed to be the go to spot for staff and customers to take smoke breaks which meant we had to close windows.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location with several restaurants, stores and a gas station nearby.

When we first arrived, we noticed a strong odor in the room. Thankfully, leaving the window open for a while helped air things out.

Great place to stay and nit as pricey as the Poco Inn which looked less of a hotel and more motel. Nice fitness room, hot tub area and the room was large , with a sofa bed nook and two tvs , one for the sofa bed and the king bed. Well appointed with a keurig coffee maker, lots of towels. Places nearby to eat were great. Walked over to Pad Thai restaurant. Thats what its called...Delicious!

Only the shower faucet was tricky to turn on and off. The road noise wasn't bad but to walk to places to eat was dicey crossing g that busy road. Smoking area was under the front covered entrance area and it was rainy, so ppl were smoking here. It was unpleasant to walk in/out .

Breakfast was ok, maybe more choices for eggs, i have had the best breakfasts in many places, and yours needs a little bit more, fresh jams, ham, fresh cheeses, croissant maybe from Costco...

The Internet for me was horrible, Very slow for my needs, i use at home in Brazil 1Ghz Speed and here in Canada you are on 20-26Mb for streaming its very bad. You need to UPGRADE URGENTELY !!

Great location and great service and the parking is very good. Also the breakfast was a good one for me as I am a person who is not a fan of the very heavy and greasy food. The hot cakes and eggs were good and it was just a good way to start the day.

I really could not find any thing that I did not like. You are going to have to really check this location out for your self.

I was atvthe other end of the hall from it, so I worked up a bit of an apatite. Good selection of food. The front desk person was helpful in finding a store i needed to go to.

Nothing important. After my first night I told the front desk person that my toilet was slow to flush. I did the same when I checked out.

Plenty of parking, landscaping was nice, very friendly front desk clerk Rashkaran made me feel welcome right away, room was clean and comfortable and looked out on the outdoor pool. Pool was warm, clean and well maintained. Included breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the breakfast room was large. Fitness room is one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel- good sized, bright and airy. All the staff seemed friendly and happy.

I think this is a very good hotel for the area. It's much better than the Best Western up the street. The hotel has a lot of very nice touches. You can tell the owners take pride in it. The pool has a real highlight when it was blistering hot and the gym was a bonus. The property is well-maintained.
