I love everything about this hotel. The room is spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped with amenities such as cooking pots, utensils, a stove, and even a dishwasher. The room is clean and very comfortable, and the sofa bed is also soft. Everything is functioning properly in the room. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring sausage, eggs, bread, waffles, a variety of cold and hot drinks, and much more. The staff members are courteous, kind, and helpful.

I can't think of any at the moment. Hopefully, they will be able to fix their hot tub.

The staff were friendly, we got a room upgrade and the breakfast buffet in the morning was great. The bed was comfortable and room quiet.

The hot tub was out of order and the reason I booked this hotel. All I was looking forward to was an evening and a morning of soaking in the hot tub. We did get an apology and a room upgrade. The staff were great but possibly when booking we could be informed if all amenities aren't available.

Spent two days on a business trip and experienced Best Western Plus as an "upscale motel". The suite was roomy, clean, even had a corner balcony. The full breakfast buffet had daily varying offerings and real ceramic plates and_ real silverware. We were impressed by the friendly staff (reception, breakfast, and cleaning), especially by the very helpful lady at the reception who went the extra mile to create an EU-compliant tax invoice and helped with special requests.

Very well maintained, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Location is excellent and it feels safe. The surroundings are beautiful! It’s a very charming cute town with lots of souvenir boutiques and cafe. The personnel is professional, friendly, and always helpful.

The pillows are too hard. We couldn’t sleep on them.

It was so clean and well taken care of. Everything worked, was available, and the hotel was easy to navigate. There was plenty of parking, the surrounding area was beautiful and the hotel staff were so kind and helpful. Staff helped us secure a room early so we could get dressed for a wedding. I have rarely felt this comfortable in a hotel.

I have stayed at this property several times as a family member lives in Chemainus. The staff is generally friendly and the breakfast and pool is great.

I really like this property but there was an odd situation over breakfast and non allowance over visitors. I gave stayed at 2 other Best Westerns this summer and had the option to pay for an additional breakfast. It seems odd not to make an exception for guests if they are visiting a local and wish to invite that person to join (and pay) for breakfast. I realize the hotel might not want to become a breakfast spot, but this kind of exception should be made, particularly for a local resident.

Very nice staff who seemed to care about your comfort. Very good with the dog. Breakfast was o.k. good selection , not so sure about the cooked portion. Great to see the electric car chargers,maybe a couple more would be nice.

Someone was parked in the electric car charger 2 days in a row and it was not an electric vehicle maybe check that out.

We did not have housekeeping services the third night we stayed on Friday night. Disappointed when we came back to our room not cleaned. Staff very apologetic said hotel was completely booked and understaffed…we did notice how busy it got.

Lovely room very well stocked, bed very comfortable. Lovely breakfast available and quite a good choice as it was included. Very good Value.

Heater was very noisy in room so unplugged it. We had a room close to the roundabout and there was a lot of heavy lorries going into the property behind, early in the morning. If we stayed again we would ask for a room at the opposite end.

Fantastic staff. Really caring and welcoming. Great breakfast. Large, very clean pool. Kitchenette in room. Large room, really powerful and hot showers. One of the nicest stays we have had at a Best Western.

Not the hotels fault but we struggled with the soft mattresses. We are used to very firm mattresses and they didn’t suit us.
