Pet friendly hotel that doesn’t give you the worst room just because you have a pet. Older hotel but has been newly refreshed, paint & carpets, new comfy beds and bedding, bathroom fixtures and tile. Good shower pressure. Room has a Keurig coffee maker, fridge and microwave. A/C blows lots of cold air but is a bit loud (worth the trade-off in my opinion) . We would certainly stay here again. Good value for the price.

Not much selection for the continental breakfast. A waffle machine, basic toast, 1 type of cereal and fresh apples. Awesome coffee machine though!. No elevator so be sure to ask for ground floor if you have any mobility issues.

The room was clean and spacious, and we had a great sleep. The staff were very nice, helpful, and responded quickly to questions before we arrived. Breakfast was good, and they have a waffle maker so you can make a fresh waffle if you want! Very fun and tasty. It is a quick, easy exit off the main highway, with restaurants and gas etc close by. Perfect for a stop on your way through Merrit. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly! We were only staying overnight for a break in travels. Front desk personnel was available at 11pm when we arrived and was easily reachable for early check-out at 6am. Also, very reasonable extra pet charges.

Our shower pressure was only at 1/2 potential as the faucet "switch" was stuck 1/2 open. However, we did let the staff know upon check-out, were thanked and let know they would look into it. 🙂

The breakfast was fairly basic, but that was compensated for by a really excellent coffee machine. If you like good coffee, like we do, that is a bonus.

The waffle machine was tricky to figure out. It needed two helpings of batter but there were no directions pointing this out. However, when we mentioned this the desk clerk was pleased to get the feedback and said he would post this information.

We were very pleased with the location of our room as my husband can not do stairs or walk any distance. They gave us a room close to the entrance and close to the restaurant . My only complaint was that we were told by booking .com that breakfast was included we asked about it when we arrived we were told there was no breakfast. We always book with breakfast to make it easier for my husband . The manager came to our room in person and gave us a coupon to go for breakfast whitch was very a very pleasant and unexpected surprise . Would definitely stay again

The staff were so warm and welcoming, really made the experience lovely. The room was so clean! The staff do a fantastic job. View out the front was lovely too.

Not didn't like but maybe there could be more than 1 variety of fruit at breakfast :)

I have nothing to complain about, my room was nice. It was clean,and that’s what is important. The breakfast for me was fine. This is a hotel not a restaurant, so if you want a big breakfast there are restaurants nearby.

The location was good, security around the property was good as well. You get what you pay for with this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly.

No elevator, but you can access the 2nd floor from the backside and only have one flight of stairs to reach 3rd floor. Very disappointed the pool and hot tub were closed, we would have paid the extra 20$ to get a pool at the Ramada right next door and we didn’t know this information until after we paid. Not overly clean and beds are just your standard hotel bed not the best.

First...very nice front staff who were helpful and friendly. Room was exactly what I needed and more. I travel a lot and I will continue to book if I am passing through. Thanks kindly.

Location is also important to me. I drive from Vancouver and once I'm through the Coquihaula...I appreciate having a rest, especially winter time.

The room was cleaned without our permission and when we returned we had to wait in the hallway.
