The room was fine, clean and comfortable. The light fixture on the ceiling had a very thick layer of dead bugs... Housekeeping?? More or less what I expected of the place

The bar / pub is a joke ans so was the bartender. Unbelievably loud music, and not a single person to be seen inside or out. I wanted to order a glass of beer was told that beer came in pints or jugs, no glasses. I questioned this and the bartender looked at me like I was crazy. NOT a friendly place and NOT designed for customer service. AVOID at all cost! DO not go there!!!

The administration girl speaks Russian, it's wonderful, very close to cafes and gas stations and food and restaurants and alcohol, and so very beautiful, wonderful nature, mountains, this is the cheapest top. Turn on the air conditioner, it's warm and the floor is cold, it flows for 2 hours, great. TV is great and the Internet. I'm very happy with everything. Comfortable.

Everything was clean and smelled nice in room 33, but there are a few minor issues that can be easily fixed. As someone with professional experience as a handyman, I notice these details right away. In the bathroom, the door hinges are not secured properly—the screws are loose. The towel holder is also wobbly because the screws are coming out; using wall anchors would make it more stable. The faucet is poorly installed: instead of a proper handle, silicone was used, which is messy and wobbles through the wall. Additionally, there is no drain plug in the bathtub, so it can't be fully filled to relax—only the shower is usable. Fixing these minor issues would make the stay much more comfortable.

Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The location itself was mesmerizing, offering stunning views and a serene ambiance. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made a lasting impression. The young lady at the desk was exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional, ensuring a seamless check-in process that set the tone for our visit. While we missed out on the bar's 31st event since it was already sold out upon our arrival, the space looked fantastic, and we would love to experience it on a future visit. Another standout feature was the parking lot. Unlike many hotels that charge exorbitant fees, this one offered complimentary parking, which was a refreshing and practical touch. The surrounding area also had a few excellent dining options, adding to the convenience of the stay. Overall, if we return to Pemberton, we’ll definitely book here again. A solid 10/10 experience!

The motel was quaint and clean, I loved the new floors and colorful bedspreads. the bed was a little saggy but still pretty comfy. The tooting of the train nearby at 8am, sounded like it was right outside our window but it was not. It gave me a old town feeling, it was pleasant even though I would have loved to sleep a little longer. Overall a very nice stay and experience.

I was surprised to see there was instant coffee and powdered cream only in the morning. I feel fresh quality coffee with real cream is important to many guests. Other hotels in this price range would have this available, Good tasting coffee is a nice way to start the day.

The room was very good in most aspects. Suitable for shorter stay inside. Coffee and hot water supplies in the lobby worked fine for us. Very easy access and good walking distance to the grocery.

It was just a bit small space for moving around in the room if one stays for a little longer than just a night.

Location was good. Hotel/room was clean and bed comfortable. Near some restaurants and a small grocery store. Great walking and biking paths. Offer/pastry shop across the street.

There is a pub below some rooms that can get noisy particularly on weekends in tourist season. Try to avoid those rooms.

There was no warning regarding some rooms may be noisy before booking, which pressured you to pay for upgrade to a quieter room. Also whilst it had blinds curtains would with making the room darker and maybe a rug on the floor to improve comfort

Location was really nice, there is a bakery just across the hotel, and a supermarket around the corner. The view in the morning is spectacular!

There is a bar on the ground floor, if you’re room is above it, can get noisy on weekends. Luckily for us our room was on the other side.

A lack of side lighting in the room. Room consisted of two areas bedroom and "lounge" but the lounge was arranged in such a way it was too crowded to use. - if sorted 10/10.

In the past PemHo had a poor reputation for several reasons- scruffy- noisy because of the adjacent bar with loud music- but now the room is updated- clean- quiet-and very affordable compared to any other accommodation in Pemberton. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing I didn’t like -it’s basic accommodation at a fair price- clean is always a major consideration in any hotel/ motel and Pem/Ho satisfies that criteria well .
