Breakfast was great! Room was clean and quite large for just a double queen room. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tubs were nice and clean. No complaints with my stay!

Not a complaint, just a suggestion! Could have more of an outside seating area. There is a huge empty space behind the hotel that could be used to set up a patio or just an outdoor space with seating. There is a small area by the river which is nice but it only has a couple of seats. And of course there are smoking areas but I'm not a smoker so using those spots comes with its downfalls.

It’s big, with nice view, great distribution of every place of the hotel, great location to stay and take some rest if you are coming from Vancouver to Banff, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet.

Nothing, I think in general is a quick stay hotel, is not for long stays so it’s a hotel which have everything you need for one or two nights and that’s it.

The manager was super attentive to his guests needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed by the kids after driving all day. Location was ideal as we were just passing through .

The ac in room made noise all night long… unit may need to be repaired or replaced. A bit pricey but to be expected during peak tourist time.

For the reconnection with family in an area we used to visit and camp in as children, it was a perfect location. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a great selection and the breakfast room available later in the day for us to play cards and games together.

This hotel was great from the moment we stepped in. Very friendly reception and there was everything you'd want in a complimentary breakfast with super folks working the dining area. The bed was so comfortable I checked to see who made the mattress. We stayed on our way to our destination then again on our return. When I walked into the lobby, the receptionist ALREADY had us checked in and in our same room! She also set me up with a frequent travel perk on my first night. I asked for a suggestion for dinner on the second stay and another receptionist directed us to a great restaurant in town. Wow!

That we had to leave the next day...haha. This is a great hotel!

Lack of air on in second bedroom made it very stuffy. Absence of night lighting in bathroom - it was either stumble about in the dark or wake up the occupants of the main bedroom. Cost to sort, very little for a major benefit. Creaky unsupportive bed

This is our number one stay now from either travelling down to Kelowna or coming home. Beds are absolutely the best hotel beds I've ever slept on I would know I travel for work 80% the time. The breakfast was pretty good too.

There's nothing bad to say about this place.

Great breakfast, we stayed two nights and on the second day, the staff provided a different hot entree. There was even flavoured cream in the fridge which is hubby’s favourite. The little fridge in our room is the first small fridge in a hotel with a freezer compartment that actually worked! This is definitely a first in all our travels. Good staff, hotel tidy and well maintained. Enjoyed the river patio at the back of the property.

The room smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke when we first walked in but the smell dissipated over time.

This motel was exceptional. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Being able to park in front of room was great. The grounds of motel were very well landscaped, lots of grass, flowers and trees. Plenty of outside seating areas around property, especially the chairs area on the river front behind the hotel. The pool and 2 hot tubs ( one inside and 2nd outside) were fantastic, clean and the perfect temperatures. The modern lounge chairs on the outside patio around the hot tub and fireplace were great. The hot and cold breakfast Included with the room in a very nice restaurant offering inside or outside patio option to sit was also exceptional. Overall a great motel experience in Sicamous BC.

It was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy. There are 2 hot tubs and even though it was raining we enjoyed a soak in the one outdoors as it was on an enclosed patio with a fireplace and had a cozy appeal. The breakfast room is beautiful with an outdoor patio. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection from yogourt, cereal, fruit to omelets, bacon, eggs and make your own waffles.

Nothing. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our road trip and this one was the best. Great value for the money and if ever looking for a place to stay in Sicamous I would definitely stay here again.
