Great space, very clean and friendly staff. We were there one night only on our way to Banff. Great location in town, close to many things for a short drive or a nice walk away. The bed was incredibly comfortable. At the continental breakfast, I asked about gluten-free food (I can handle small amounts of cross contamination) and the woman working in the breakfast area not only confirmed which items were gluten free but also provided me the ingredient lists from the packaging of each product in question. Loved that for peace of mind! We were also able to charge our Hyundai EV overnight.

Breakfast was great! Room was clean and quite large for just a double queen room. Staff was friendly. Pool and hot tubs were nice and clean. No complaints with my stay!

Not a complaint, just a suggestion! Could have more of an outside seating area. There is a huge empty space behind the hotel that could be used to set up a patio or just an outdoor space with seating. There is a small area by the river which is nice but it only has a couple of seats. And of course there are smoking areas but I'm not a smoker so using those spots comes with its downfalls.

Great breakfast, with nice areas inside and out to eat. Staff was super nice and helpful. Pool and hot tubs were really nice. There was a laundry room which was a bonus for us, since we were travelling on bicycles and needed to do washing everyday. 7-11, Dairy Queen, A&W and Tim Hortons literally beside the hotel. Grounds are pretty big and nice.

Mattresses were a bit soft for my liking.

Excellent breakfast provided. Clean comfortable room. Convenient location. Easy checking in and using Best Western Gift Cards purchased through the Alberta Motor Association (AMA). Quiet room and atmosphere. Convenient location with easy access to Highway No 1.

No complaints

It’s big, with nice view, great distribution of every place of the hotel, great location to stay and take some rest if you are coming from Vancouver to Banff, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet.

Nothing, I think in general is a quick stay hotel, is not for long stays so it’s a hotel which have everything you need for one or two nights and that’s it.

The manager was super attentive to his guests needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed by the kids after driving all day. Location was ideal as we were just passing through .

The ac in room made noise all night long… unit may need to be repaired or replaced. A bit pricey but to be expected during peak tourist time.

Large room with 2 nice beds. Lovely bathroom with excellent vanity space. Separate counter area for coffee/microwave. Little fridge had a freezer compartment. Grab bars in bathtub. Appreciated the hot breakfast included in the price. Nice garden area off the breakfast area.

For the reconnection with family in an area we used to visit and camp in as children, it was a perfect location. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a great selection and the breakfast room available later in the day for us to play cards and games together.

Location is great as it’s half way between our home and estimation. Really appreciate how welcome we felt with our pets. Lovely field to walk in the back and doggy welcome package. Patio for eating breakfast is lovely and quiet.

Lack of air on in second bedroom made it very stuffy. Absence of night lighting in bathroom - it was either stumble about in the dark or wake up the occupants of the main bedroom. Cost to sort, very little for a major benefit. Creaky unsupportive bed
