The location is perfect; right behind the water park, near Starbucks and Mr Mikes, as well as a pub, all of which were a few minutes walk away. We had our small dog with us and there is plenty of green space for her. The hotel rooms are very sound proof, there is a train nearby and we didn’t hear it at all!! Parking was very convenient outside the rooms

IMO pet rooms should not have carpet. The carpet holds dander and often has some stain…as was this case. The tub/shower is older and discoloured, but clean Eggs in the breakfast room were very good, but quite a sparse variety with only green apples for fruit. Fruit salad or oatmeal would be nice for vegans

Breakfast offering was great and varied. Room was large and great to be able to park directly outside the door. Beds very comfortable.

Shower could have been better. The worst thing for us was the floor. It felt gritty as soon as we walked in the room and I was glad I had a pair of sliders I could wear. My husband didn’t and the bottom of his feet were black. He had to throw out a brand new pair of socks too. Laminate flooring needs washing, a quick sweep is not sufficient.

There was no hot water when we arrived and I did not call the office before going to bed. But at 3:45 am I got up and decided to see if the office was open 24/7. A gentleman by the name of Kevin answered the phone and immediately went to check the hot water. He called me back a few minutes later and had resolved the problem. Hot water was working again. Exceptional service. The breakfast was good and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful to deal with. will be back.

Real glasses in the bedroom - although I do realize they would likely be stolen! A poor reflection on our society!

The management found out that most of the rooms were booked by people attending the same competition and arranged to open their breakfast facility earlier so that all of us could have breakfast before we left for our early start time at the competition. We all really appreciated this! Very central location - close to shopping restaurants etc

Parking was a bit tight - could not park near my room some nights as parking lot was full

The room was clean and well kept and the staff friendly / helpful since I was staying from out of province this is very welcoming.

The signage at night from the trans Canada highway is difficult to see the hotel name and without using the phone GPS I ended up driving past the Hotel. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

We liked the location. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a really nice breakfast included.

Had booked with booking.com. They used my first and last name as my last name. Fellow at desk said we were not booked. Took an hour to sort it out and then were told we were lucky to get room. Minor glitch

Breakfast was great! Lots of options, including eggs, sausage and waffles. The woman working the breakfast room was extremely friendly and keeping everything clean and organized.

Everything was clean but a few spots, like kids finger prints on the mirrors, were not cleaned.

Staff all lovely and welcoming. Pool and Hot tub was really nice and warm. Room comfortable and had everything needed. Breakfast was fantastic

Room smelt quite musty and a bit smoky which put me off quite a bit. Rooms were quite dark due to decor so this could be updated

The room was clean except it had a weird smell, there were a few pillows that had a strong smell, like body odour.The breakfast was delicious! Overall the stay was pleasant.We will book there again.

The smell of the room and pillows. I brought my own room deodorizer spray but nothing for the pillows . We had extra pillows that weren’t bad .

You need to change up the breakfast hot menu items, a bit. Maybe Bacon & breakfast sandwiches a couple mornings! But all very tasty!
