Location next to wharf & lovely park and within walking distance to downtown was perfect. Specially for travel with a pet

What was sad is that because I travel with a pet couldn't get a room with a balcony. Staying 4 days in a narrow room with small window was difficult having a bit of claustrophobia... My dog is cleaner than 90% of humans just left after 4 days go look at our room 207. Hope this rule gets changed in the future as plan to return to Salmon Arm with my furry companion maybe allow a decent balcony room with pet if there is good history and/or membership prestige club? Pleaseeeee Lovef

I loved the location. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was very accommodating. I had reserved a room with a king bed and hide a bed for my son. When he pulled out the bed at 10:30 pm we realized that it had a very thin mattress on it and not comfortable for anyone. I asked at the desk about getting another mattress and they were able to move us to another room with 2 queen beds with no problems.

The hotel facilities and the restaurant food quality were the top two things to highlight. The room was very comfortable, cozy, a/c was at the right level, beds were super soft and easy to sleep once you lay on it.

The pool was also very nice, perhaps a temperature control would be advisable for the pool, but all in all we loved it very much. Too many kids still around by 9 pm at the pool making dives and lots of noise in an enclosed space made it inconvenient, and we had to leave and return early morning next day.

We celebrated my mother in laws 70th Birthday! The stuff we're very helpful and accommodating. They we're very nice too! The rooms are great and the children enjoyed the pool. My mother in law loves her room with balcony, unfortunately, we didn't get the water view as what was stated on the deal when i bought it online. Over all I can say we will comeback and enjoy this place during our visits this summer. Thank you and keep up the good work Prestige! Kudos to the Director Manager of the Restaurant who helped me in booking the restaurant. She is amazing! The Desk Clerk who helped us check in explained the benefits we can have during our stay! She even noticed that I qualify for a discount and she did apply it! High five to the excellent Stuff!

Just a little note, the food is not the greatest as per the elders who we invited for the surprise birthday. Our birthday celebrant didn't enjoy their steaks. Our server seems sad, because she never smiled the whole duration of her serving us. But over all we will for sure come back! One person, one chief, will not mean the whole stuff is not the best! Just the food a little food tasting will make a difference and SMILE is a gift you can give to clients when they come to visit and wants to unwind! Thank you Prestige!

Everything was amazing, already recommend it to alot of other family and friends. Was a beautiful stay the staff was extremely nice ! They made a gift anniversary basket for us it was so so kind of them. Honestly, wasn't expecting it and just amazing. Super clean pool is really nice and hot tub, we got the lake balcony view and it was stunning with lots of nature. Both restaurants we ate at and were very good ! The cheese cake and sticky toffee was phenomenal. Will be coming back in the summer or spring for another couple days stay ! Thank you guys.

Excellent location , within walking distance to the wharf and downtown Salmon Arm. Lovely view from the backside of the hotel of the lake! All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and had everything needed ( coffee maker, fridge, etc). The hotel has all the facilities you could need (pool, gym, spas, a cafe, two good restaurants, etc…). My husband and I really enjoyed using the e bikes that are complementary to hotel guests. I was pleasantly surprised by the value of this hotel considering the previous place we stayed at in Salmon Arm was $30 less a night and was no where near the level of quality that this one was! I highly recommend the Prestige Hotel to anyone staying in Salmon Arm. We’ll definitely be back!

My only complaint was the water pressure coming out of the shower head was very low. That wouldn’t stop me from staying here again though.

Such a nice place to stay, the room was very clean and spacious, both myself and my doggies stayed super comfortable! My parents and I also went to the restaurant Nineteen 05 on site, we enjoyed all of our dishes! Next time we will have to stay there longer to enjoy more!

When I checked in, staff was not aware of my request of having a dog friendly room, even though I have received message to confirm the pet friendly room when I booked it.

I really liked the view on the back of the hotel by the lake. The room was very comfortable , the large sofa to watch TV was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was with in walking distance of downtown and close to several good walks much appreciated. It was also distant from the highway traffic

What spoiled my stay was an extremely loud heating system that came on regularly which made sleeping well a challenge.

Value for money not great, I would have expected breakfast to be included for the money. Also when we were there, upgrades of mattresses going on so the lifts were constantly occupied and it was noisy hearing the shuffling of mattresses.

Good location with a nice view and comfortable bed, the hotel personnel were very nice and helpful.

The shower head in the bathroom is way too high and not designed for short people. Not adjustable either. Balcony has lots of spider nets. The personnel in the restaurant were not accommodating and did their basic minimum.
