We stayed 5 days in the Rv park and 2 in the motel. The rv.park is beautifully setup, lots are the perfect size and great privacy fences. Pool was clean, warm and enjoyable. Laundromat was very clean, organized and digital, which was appreciated so you didn't have to carry coins. The motel was clean, but older and definitely needing some renovations. Bathroom appears to maybe have been redone, but all else was needing some work. All in all, it was a great week.

Our ac in the room was in the separate bedroom, so didn't really get cool in other parts of the room.

Traveling from Vancouver to Banff. Very clean and extremely friendly staff/owner. All though unassuming, the rooms were nicely renovated with kitchenettes. Onsite brand new washer and dryers, bbq and picnic tables. Pool looked good, would have been perfect if we had kids along. They are pet friendly, we felt super welcome with our Bernadoodle. I would stay here a gain on our next trip. Eve

Bright room. Cozy bed.Great renos. Walking distance to stores. Hikes n biking within 10 minutes. RV park is gorgeous, privacy,new Lau dramatic, showers. Sooo clean. Covered fire pit area. Outdoor heaters for pit area. Pool. They've got way more than most places offer.i had wood but owners had some too. Incredible family. So considerate, generous, social and fun. They truly cared about my experience.Outstanding!!!

Right off the highway, it's super easy to find. On the main road of town, easy walking accessibility to shopping and restaurants. The public lakefront park was straight down the road. The staff were delightful and accommodating. Huge communal bbq area, nice pool, and extra room for playing. The rooms are large with a stove, a table, a small apartment size fridge, and a separate sleeping room.

Could use with some more outlets, and the fridge didn't get super cold.

Booked by hotel. Com and their site was POOR. It did not give me a confirmation for 1/2 her so I called and they said there was none under my name so I tried again and it went through. I got there and the owner said he had two confirmations When I explained what happened he cancelled one and handled the dealing with the agency. For my troubles he upgraded me to a suite. Very pleased with his understanding. I will book direct next time and get better service with less aggravation.

The owner is in the midst of major updating and this room had been started nicely. I look forward to my next stay to see his progress.

The location is about a 10 minute walk to the beach friendly attentive staff . Nice family and friendly atmosphere! Great bbq area with 4 bbqs , an outdoor pool ! Everything you’ll need is walking distance ! Our dogs were welcome and the air conditioning was AMAZING ! You can really tell the family takes pride in their business !

Beds could use an update, however they’re clean ! They’re doing many renovations to improve the motel , new RV sites ect so I’m sure that will come with time .

The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. We will definitely return.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but would have appreciated a couple of tea towels and some dish soap. To be fair we didn’t ask for the missing items.

This motel is a very short drive off the #1 highway with a large open parking lot. The room was like a full size apartment with complete kitchen, stove, full sized fridge, kitchen table, living room, couch, separate bedroom and separate bathroom. Tons of space!! Very Clean!

Interior decor is outdated and resembles ‘80s era

The parking was right outside my door. The kitchenette was well-appointed and much appreciated. The barbeque area was also very thoughtful and I used it to cook up some steaks the first night. This is a motel and you should have the expectations of such going in and you will not be disappointed.

The floors in my unit were quite dirty despite being vacuumed. My feet were quite black after walking around in the evening. The air-freshener spray used in the rooms was exceptionally potent. Luckily there were some windows I could open so that was helpful. A suggestion would be to put sheers on the windows as well as the blackout curtains so that people walking by the windows can't just peep on you while you are watching TV or cooking. When I was there, the pool heater wasn't working properly so the pool was very cold which was disappointing. All that being said, my expectations were still met because I knew what I was booking and got what I was needing for my stop in Sicamous.

Firstly, the room and location were beyond my expectation. Further, I like the cleanliness maintained. I like the place on all the measurements. There was ample parking.

Nothing noticeable to highlight as negative.
