It was clear that the owners take pride in offering hospitality and there were a lot of little touches to make our stay more welcoming. For example, there was ice ready in the freezer when we arrived. The kitchenette with a full size fridge/freezer, stove, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and toaster were very convenient for our family. The kitchen also included all the items we needed for the week: cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls, mugs, as well as pots, and cooking utensils. The onsite laundry facilities were also very new and well-maintained and the process to use them was easy. The added bonuses like the basketball net, wooden swing and also the BBQ area and fire pit made the place even more welcoming. Would stay again.

The mattresses were not very comfortable and sagged a bit in the middle. Our room was an older one that had not been renovated and smelled like cigarettes when we first arrived, despite the hotel being non-smoking with signs clearly posted.

My husband & I stayed a couple nights due to a death in the family, this was a quiet relaxing space, lots of outdoor space for group sitting. grandchildren loved the pool & basket ball yo shot hoops was a very homey comfortable place. Place is older but well kept

the one bed in the bedroom was not comfortable. It was a Hot couple days & air-conditioned in bedroom did keep main area comfortable, but did help, we kept curtains closed but then we couldn't enjoy the beautiful yard

We stayed 5 days in the Rv park and 2 in the motel. The rv.park is beautifully setup, lots are the perfect size and great privacy fences. Pool was clean, warm and enjoyable. Laundromat was very clean, organized and digital, which was appreciated so you didn't have to carry coins. The motel was clean, but older and definitely needing some renovations. Bathroom appears to maybe have been redone, but all else was needing some work. All in all, it was a great week.

Our ac in the room was in the separate bedroom, so didn't really get cool in other parts of the room.

Honestly, it’s a great little motel. You can tell the staff really put a lot of effort into the appearance of the place. You’re greeted with very friendly smiles and a great attitude. Great place for kids to stay. There’s an open barbeque area with four barbeques that families can use basketball courts for kids and a really nice well kept clean pool.

Traveling from Vancouver to Banff. Very clean and extremely friendly staff/owner. All though unassuming, the rooms were nicely renovated with kitchenettes. Onsite brand new washer and dryers, bbq and picnic tables. Pool looked good, would have been perfect if we had kids along. They are pet friendly, we felt super welcome with our Bernadoodle. I would stay here a gain on our next trip. Eve

Bright room. Cozy bed.Great renos. Walking distance to stores. Hikes n biking within 10 minutes. RV park is gorgeous, privacy,new Lau dramatic, showers. Sooo clean. Covered fire pit area. Outdoor heaters for pit area. Pool. They've got way more than most places offer.i had wood but owners had some too. Incredible family. So considerate, generous, social and fun. They truly cared about my experience.Outstanding!!!

Right off the highway, it's super easy to find. On the main road of town, easy walking accessibility to shopping and restaurants. The public lakefront park was straight down the road. The staff were delightful and accommodating. Huge communal bbq area, nice pool, and extra room for playing. The rooms are large with a stove, a table, a small apartment size fridge, and a separate sleeping room.

Could use with some more outlets, and the fridge didn't get super cold.

The rooms were a good size love the separate bedroom , out door pool was great on the hot days, bbq area and fire pit are a great feature ... the staff was very friendly

The rooms could be updated, there was large stains on the carpet, the cupboards in kitchen had an awful smell when opened them, there was Dust build up in the corner edges ect..

Location and close proximity to everything from shopping to dining. It had lots of parking including spots for watercraft and trailer. There was a nice outdoor pool and covered seating areas.

Smoking permitted right outside the doors made the room smell unpleasant, and the bathroom tub had a large gouge making it not suitable to shower or bathe in.

Booked by hotel. Com and their site was POOR. It did not give me a confirmation for 1/2 her so I called and they said there was none under my name so I tried again and it went through. I got there and the owner said he had two confirmations When I explained what happened he cancelled one and handled the dealing with the agency. For my troubles he upgraded me to a suite. Very pleased with his understanding. I will book direct next time and get better service with less aggravation.

The owner is in the midst of major updating and this room had been started nicely. I look forward to my next stay to see his progress.
