Diana was truly magnificent! We got stuck in a BC Roads maintenance traffic jam for 6 hours just after we passed through Salmon Arm which was really badly managed but that's another story. We phoned Diana at the Chase Country Inn because we thought we wouldn't be able to get there til late. Diana was so helpful! We had stayed there a couple of days earlier which no doubt helped but she allowed us to check in over the phone and enabled us to access our room no matter how late. In the event, we did not arrive until 1:30 am and we were able to get into the room straight away. Diana was a Godsend and I couldn't be more grateful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included in the rate and there was a good choice and great quality.

The location was very convenient. The onsight restaurant was great. After a long day of driving it was nice not to have to find where to eat. The kitchenette was well stocked. I don't think we've stayed in a cleaner motel, ever. Lovely owner, welcoming and friendly.

I really have no complaints. Perhaps if a person is a light sleeper the trucks on the highway and the sounds of the trains might disturb, but we slept very well on the comfortable bed.

Room very clean, bed comfortable, lots of room and kitchen facilties were good. We arrived late and left early so didn't physically speak with staff but the communication via chat function was great. Couldn't fault it.

Nothing, great value for money.

Very cozy feel, family owned and operated. Alot of care going into their place. Very friendly and accommodating. Photos are from a nearby river walk.

The price felt a touch high but I think this might just be standard inflation. We also booked last minute.

The woman who owns the motel is very gracious and helpful, room clean, comfy and well equipment. Not a luxurious stay but comfortable. The breakfast is included with good choices. I had the wonton soup and it was delicious! They have a resturant on the premises.

Its close to downtown chase. The staff were very friendly, There is a laundry room at the hotel, they supply the soap,

I liked everything, but it is close to the highway and gets a bit noisy during the high travel times of day.

Breakfast was included and was home cooked....excellent...the room was very clean, very simple, no frills but certainly met our expectations......we got in late and left early.Very pleasant owner and workers.

I've stayed at this place for the past decade and the new owners are as wonderful as the old owners making sure our party had everything we needed

Sometimes the noise from upstairs is a bit too loud.

This place exceeded our expectations! ♥ My husband and I were going to Yoho National Park (Golden) and decided to stay overnight there to rest. It's a roadside motel, but it doesn't fall under the negative labels normally associated with these types of accommodations. Everything was clean! Also, it has very polite and friendly staff. I loved the room size. The highlight without a doubt was the breakfast included. All are carefully prepared and delicious. We loved choosing this place. I recommend it 100%!

I believe the only point is that it could be a little cheaper considering the location and type of hotel.
