It was all as expected. 2 dogs came and was easy. Included breakfast. Limited for what I eat and had enough for majority of population. Eggs, waffles, juice, toast, oatmeal, fruit, muffins.

We had a fridge but no freezer to refreeze our freezer packs. The reception did offer to put in theirs over night so we were accomidated.

Friendly staff. Very accommodating and hospitable. Their attitudes showed through on all the guests. It was like one big family. Great atmosphere. Pool time was the best. Or maybe the breakfast. Yeah the breakfast was the best. Lol. Or maybe the shower. It was great.

Fridge was set too cold. Train was loud first night but second and 3rd day didn’t notice it.

Other than being a little far out from the kamloop city center this location has a great accommodations. The rooms were very clean and up to date everything that you need is provided fridge, microwave coffee and tea. There is guest laundry, which is well very affordable $2 for the washer $2 for the dryer and they can also provide you with soap and bounce at the office which is a great amenity. A very wonderful Continental breakfast is provided to the guests daily from 6:30 in the morning till 9:30 in the morning . The staff is very accommodating and understanding and I would recommend this Super 8 in Valley View going east to anyone that is traveling or needs a place to stay overnight or long-term.

My only dislike is the travel in which from the kamloops Center that being said that really isn't that far I believe it's approximately 10 km which is worth other than that there is nothing that I would say in general about the location itself to any traveling guests

We didnt partake in the breakfast offered as we only have coffee in the morning but the service was excellent. The staff was very accomodating and friendly.

The bed was a bit small and the pillows were a bit soft but comfortable overall.

for a non smoking room,,,, it reaked of cigarette smoke... room could have been cleaner ... had to dust off the hangers to hang my clothes on, there was still short hairs on the floors and the nightstand was dusty

Location is handy to #1 Hi Way, Very Clean, Rugs are old, But the rest of the Hotel is up to date. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my stay and will be back every time I pass through Kamloops!!!

Rugs could all be updated.

Items that were expected in a modern hotel room were there. I recently stayed at a major national chain competitor in Yorkton, Sk, that did not have a clock, microwave or USB ports in the room.

Every time I travel i stay at this place. Very neat and clean with ample parking and just on the highway. Very lavish and tasty breakfast and starts at 6.30 so that you can have it leave on time. This time there was some hot water problem and Guy at front desk satnam singh immidately changed our room. Very help full staff. Will continue to stay here in future too.

Good location next to the highway, easy access. Parking was ample for a week day, low percentage of rooms were filled judging from number of vehicles present. Breakfast was good, selection of food options was plentiful.

Room could have been organized a little better, bed was pressed close to a wall that made access less than optimal. Dated room and furnishings, but adequate.

Easy to get to. Upgraded bathroom. Accommodated my dogs. Older property but well kept.

Older furnishings. Wasn’t able to use closet area due to table and armchair in the way. Room felt a little crammed.
