This hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from downtown and surrounded by amazing restaurants. (Peters Pasta is AMAZING) Whether you’re in the mood for casual bites or upscale dining, there’s something nearby to satisfy any craving. The convenience of being so close to everything made our stay super easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had great service. I’d absolutely recommend it, especially if you’re looking to explore the city without needing to drive everywhere.

Limited breakfast

I had an excellent experience during my stay at Ramada Kamloops! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Their friendly service truly made me feel welcome. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. My room was comfortable and quiet, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the amenities available throughout the hotel, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The beds were comfy and clean. The parking was free and close to the door.

We faced the main road so it was noisy. When we got to the room it was super cold because the air conditioning was on and working really hard because the window was open and it was over 30 degrees! We could hear neighbours toilets and showers. I paid $19 for an Eggs Benedict at the restaurant. The eggs, english muffin, ham & potatoes were all undercooked even though I asked for medium (the eggs were super runny) and the hollandaise was like a runny white sauce (It should be yellow and have some lemon and zing(cayenne/tabasco) in it. Very disappointing.

Very clean and central. The 24 hour check-in was essential as our trip went sideways at the start and we didn’t arrive until 2:30AM. The staff member on duty at registration was lovely. He helped us find a good parking spot, then carry our luggage and cat supplies to our room when it became clear that the last guest to use the luggage cart kept it in their room. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable snd the water pressure in the shower divine! Daytime staff were equally polite and cheerful.

They could use another luggage cart and bath mats. The complementary soaps and lotion dispensers were a bit cheap, specifically it was hard to get an adequate amount if shower gel out to even work up a lather. And overall property could use a little bit of a cosmetic update.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Beds were comfortable and the alarm clock had an awesome option to press a button to dim or even turn off the number light at night. It was quiet overnight and we had a nice view of valley and mountains. Bathroom was a great size and it looked like they have been updating things. We also appreciated the little care package we were given upon check in that consisted of a bag of cookies, small package of Pringles, and 2 bottles of water.

The parking lot spaces were very tight, and it would have been really nice to have pet bowls for food and water in the room as it was a pet friendly room. Also, we had to keep the window open for a few hours as there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, despite it being a non-smoking room.

Breakfast was OK. We were hoping for a waffle iron! Lol But there were a variety of things for us to choose from. Very impressed by the desk clerk. He was very polite and professional. The swag bag was a definite bonus! The beds were super comfortable and we got a really good sleep on them.

The breakfast the second day wasn't as good as the first day we stayed. It seemed reheated. The floor tiles in the bathroom were kind of loose.

Everything about the city and Ramada hote was goodl...people are friendly. Everything was fantastic. Joan, the Ramada manager, was an excellent, very lovely lady. Young East Indian man on the front desk that did the night shift was very good as well. Thank you, Ramada, for hosting my family. See you on my next trip.

Juice in the kitchen was too watery, and my kids didn't like it. That's all.

The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The room was great: beds were clean and comfortable. The room for the most part was clean. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

There wasn't any facial tissue other than the bathroom - and the box was empty after using two tissues. The ice bucket had a Keurig pod from the previous guest. The bathtub needed a wipe down before we were able to use it. Perhaps it was just an oversight during cleaning - we didn't find it to be too disruptive to our stay.

Bright & colourful, bed was very comfortable, travel gift bag of goodies if you couldn't be there for breakfast.

We had to contact our own airport shuttle & didn't realize there was a cost for it. The motel gave us the information. Next time I will be looking for accommodations with a free airport shuttle.

Included breakfast was good and plentiful. Room was very large and beds were comfortable. Pet friendly and free parking options were great. Nice lounge and restaurant area on 3rd floor, so no need to go elsewhere. Friendly and helpful server in the lounge area. Would stay again.
