Spacious clean rooms. Big counter in bathroom, lots of space. Mini kitchen area with separate sink, mini fridge/freezer combo, microwave & coffee maker. (I wish hotels would get coffee that tastes good.) we had a King bed suite, sitting area. Furniture was nice, bedside tables with lights and plug ins. Quiet. We had an adjoining suite with family which is convenient. Continental breakfast included eggs, sausage patties, waffles and more, delish! We didn’t make use of the pool & hot tub although it looked good and people were using it. Down side was the one elevator is quite slow. It was a restful stay, thank you. Staff were very accommodating and gracious.

When visiting from out of town, it's nice to know the layout of the land, in other words things we might be looking for like stores, malls (if any or near by) and other things. The staff though was very curteous and we felt welcomed. There is little room near the entryway, for finding a parking space when a truck is blocking access, which one was when the driver was at the front desk. Fortunately we found a spot before having to pass through.

Room very spacious, clean comfortable sheets, comfortable mattress, nice tv. Shower was a bit dated for such a new building, but a nice large bathroom regardless.

My booking set me up right beside the elevator. I could hear the conversations and children late into the night. I will never accept a room beside an elevator again.

Location: Easy access from main hwy coming into Kamloops and close to medical appointments and Hospital. All staff were accommodating and friendly. The continental breakfast room is large and comfortable. The food area is also spacious and food is always fresh and topped up. The best part of the morning in the continental breakfast, is the amazing Gina!! Her personality and professionalism is a breath of fresh air. She engages with the customers, smiles while cleaning and keeping the area clean and food filled. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Doris Kilba

The whole place was very comfortable and updated. The staff is nice. The breakfast was a nice spread. We would stay again.

Our bathroom had a sour pee odour which seemed to linger in the suite. Not sure if was just shower stall or sour mop. so had to keep door closed with fan on. Arrived late so did not mention anything to get resolved. But probably one off.

Clean and comfortable and nicely set up room with two nice windows ....one that open as well. The heating/ cooling system worked great ...no musty smell!! Breakfast was okay....nice variety and fresh fruit!

The elevator was somewhat quirky.....stopped at each floor but didn't know if someone had fooled with it. The eggs in the breakfast aren't my favorite but they work.

Spacious family room that slept two adults and two teens comfortably. Air conditioning and a clean modern bathroom. The breakfast was included and wasn’t bad. Parking was free and no problem finding a space. The staff were very helpful and even supplied some painkillers when my husband felt unwell.

The breakfast was excellent. The surroundings attractive, comfortable and family friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff very accommodating. Super friendly. The price was right on, and the location is easy to find. Will definitely stay again and again.

It had been 5 months since we stayed in a hotel,so we were unacustomed to the noise level . The decor was more modern than our taste . The desk chair should be replaced with something more comfortable.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice size bathroom and it also had a separate coffee/sink bar with a mini fridge and microwave. Nice breakfast included as well. It was very clean and the location is excellent. It is close to Costco, the shopping mall and anything you need.

Parking can be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle.

The breakfast was ok but some items were overcooked, eggs, sausage rounds, we were concerned about no tub mat to protect from slipping, when I asked staff when leaving they said we needed to request, so take note, not in rooms need to request.
