Our first impression was not so good, since the furniture, the carpet and the restroom look old. But, as the time passed by, we got used to the ambience and didn´t mind the looks at all. The fridge, the coffeemaker and the air conditioner worked fine. The room is silent and dark. We could sleep very well. At the end, we were ok. But only stayed for a night. The parking lot was fine.

The hotel in general needs a good renovation. It is sad to see that it was a good place, but it looks ruinous now. There are not many places to visit within a walking distance. Some other guests looked strange and suspicious, drinking outside their room. But I guess Kamloops has many people like that. The city in general doesn’t feel very safe late at night or early in the morning.

The friendly staff were very helpful. They allowed us to arrive early and use their foyer area to await our room. We were able to do our computerwork as soon as we arrived. The staff also allowed me to stay an extra night at short notice due to road closures. Bed is comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean and price is reasonable for the quality of facilities. The cooler is a little noisy, but welcomed on a hot day. Good value for the money.

There were 2 beds in the room and I thought the room perhaps to be shared with another strange person. Actually only me for the whole room during the stay. Also kindly approved my cancellation of second booking for free. Hopefully 2 guests occupied the room on that day/night cancelled by me due to unexpected travel schedule delay.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST OR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST PROVIDED SO CAN NOT SAY . IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY PROVIDED CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND A NEW COFFEE MACHINE FOR THE ROOMS

THE COFFEE MAKER NEEDS AND UPGRADE AND NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND THERE WAS BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM BUT I UNDERSTAND THE ROOM PRICE FOR THAT REASON ALSO THE HEATER WAS NOT WORKING HAD TO USE THE SMALL ELECTRIC HEATER PROVIDED THE BATHTUB HAD BLACK STAINS WAS NOT SURE ABOUT THAT

The bed was comfortable and clean, large flat screen tv, beautiful view of the town from sliding door windows in room, good coffee maker, good fridge, access to a grassy area and picnic table from room, clean bathroom with new toilet and sink, very quiet throughout my stay, new flooring in room, thermostat doesn’t work but they provide a plug in rotating heater and it was great! (just make sure to plug it into the wall alongside the fridge and TV and try not to have too many appliances running at once or you will trip the breaker). This happened to me so I let front desk know and the worker there was very friendly and quick to resolve the issue. Good and speedy customer service. Check in and out was a breeze too! Loved how I could park my car right in front of the door to my room. This is a very nice motel and very affordable too, I will definitely be coming back!

A few stains in the bathtub .. but, tub was still clean.

I left my dog in my room when I went out grocery shopping and came back and he had a dildo in his mouth and I guess he found underneath the bed other than that it was a great place to stay

I misplace my motel keys often so the free plastered punch access to my room ‘s inner locking system made me feel welcome. As a fan of ooze films - sci-fi, plague, or just Youtube videos of nightclub bubble nights gone suffocatingly wrong - I loved the white goo creeping in around the air conditioner. Edgy, with a cake icing twist. The view of Kamloops is fantastic from here and when night hits, it’s like a mini-LA. It’s a million dollar view, unobstructed. If you travel with a bottle of wine, crack it open at 9pm when the kids are asleep in just fine made beds. There are picnic tables outside your patio window and a lawn for your pets. As other reviews have noted, the swimming pool is a concrete sink hole. Marmots congregate at its dry edge. Are you travelling to swim? Or to see wildlife? This motel turns the existential mirror towards yourself. Who are you? Is this enough? Can your kids go a day with iffy internet? I love this motel. You can back your truck right up to the door to your room. The assigned parking spot is wide enoiugh for your truck or SUV. If you are lucky you can hear the trains below cry.

This review is being written from Room 136. There is an area near the mini fridge and TV that has a peculiar duck and slope that made me wonder if there are structural issues.

The hotel is magical! Every little detail has been thought of! Vintage pastels, vintage bedspreads, vintage cups and cutlery! Unbelievable beauty! Comfortable pillows and pastels! But the most important thing about this hotel is Gianluca! He is the soul of the hotel! When we came to this hotel we had the feeling that we are at home! This is all thanks to Gianluca. I recommend everyone to spend at least a couple of nights in this wonderful hotel!

Hospitality Inn is a little rough around the edges, but is quiet, clean, and has plenty of parking. If you are a budget conscious person look no further than the hospitality inn. the service personnel were helpful and available at all hours.

It had everything I needed. A comfortable bed, TV, coffee machine, microwave, hot water and a nice fluffy tail. Yes, it’s a bit dated, but I think they charge accordingly, so I think this place is really great value for money.
