We enjoyed having access to an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fairly complete breakfast. If you like sushi’s like we do there is a sushi restaurant just a 2 min walk away (Heaven and it was great).

We liked less the fact that there was no proper shower gel — just a very small solid soap. There was no ventilation in the toilet. The pool was poorly equipped (only one umbrella, just two lounge chairs, and no water toys like pool noodles for children). The water was also a bit cloudy, so it might not have been well treated. There was hair in the bathtub and a dried stain on the wall above one of the beds…

This was a one night stay in Kamloops for my daughter and myself before we hit Whistler the next day. Very nice suite with two queen beds, air conditioning and USB ports to charge our phones. The location was great as we wanted to eat at Red Robin which was only about a 5 min drive away ( Red Robin is no longer in AB so it was a treat and a surprise for my kid ), and Costco was blocks away so we could load up with groceries for Whistler. The outdoor pool looked good though we didn't use it and there was a hot breakfast the next morning with eggs, potatoes and 1 meat. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. Both my daughter and I agree, this was one of the better non-suite hotels we have stayed at. Would come back here again.

The only thing I did not like about this stay was that there is no elevator at this hotel. Normally that would not be an issue but I was hauling a large electric cooler to carry groceries in, up and down the stairs. Regardless, I would stay here again.

Room was large with 2 queen beds. Bathroom provided an adequate shower over bath including shampoo, conditioner and body wash for customer use. Lots of nice towels and washers also available. Breakfast provided was simple but sufficient. No staff on duty here though.

Location was interesting in that a number of motels/hotels are close by in the vicinity. However seemingly we were on the road out of town, so easy to leave and journey west but not close if wanting to explore the township.(especially without a car). In fact wheels very much required here!

room, breakfast, amenities, comfort, illumination, cleanliness. All these concepts together made my stay very pleasant. And I didn't even have time to use the pool and the hot tub! I will do it next time I am in town.

the power outlets, they did not work properly. The USB charging ports were completely dead. Another thing I did not like was the noise coming from right in front of my window, there was a big machine working loudly since 6 am and was very difficult to rest.

We had mistakenly not booked an airport shuttle but the desk clerk handled everything for us. She tried to book a shuttle but we had left it too late and the shuttle was fully booked. After telling us about this situation she booked us a taxi for 4:00 am the next morning. She was super positive and made our stay! We didn’t get her name but a great big thumbs up goes to her. Thank you!

Clean room. Pleasant staff at check-in and check-out. Jacuzzi looked very inviting. Nice breakfast. As it was only April, the outdoor pool was not used. When leaving the hotel, my purse with all my credit cards and money dropped out of my handbag. The hotel staff found it and they phoned me immediately. At that time I had not even realised I had dropped my purse! 10/10 for honesty and kindness! Thank you staff!

Everything was very pleasant at the hotel.

The hotel definitely needs a face lift. If you're looking for fancy, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a place to lay your head but can deal with cosmetic deficiencies, then it will meet your needs. Breakfast was meh.

the breakfast was a bit lacking, no elevator. My dead bolt somehow lodged itself and i was locked in my room. The staff got me out quickly and fixed the deadbolt plate. I was able to attend my training on time.

We booked a king room with a jacuzzi, and it was exactly what we expected! It was very clean and very large. The bed was great and we fell asleep no problem (accidentally dozed off watching TV). There were no weird smells and the sheets felt clean.

The breakfast was a bit cheap, mostly things that are prepackaged rather than freshly made. We had to heat up the sausage and eggers with a microwave. The pancake machine was cute but the pancakes were tiny! Sound proofing also wasn't the best in our room. Our room was right next to the reception lobby and eating area, and we could sorta hear people talking outside. It was muffled, not noisy, but made us wonder if people outside could hear us.

Nice and warm outside pool, hot tub is not so deep. Breakfast included omlet, bacon, yogurt, waffle/pancake, bread, some cakes, apples/banana (I wish to have some vegetables).

TV has cable channels, would be great to have youtube. Kitchen was overflow one day.
