Easy to get to from the highway. Locates just 5 mins drive from downtown and large supermarket. Fuel stations very close. Room was huge and clean. Bathroom nice, good shower. Downtown Kamloops is a nice place with plenty of eateries to choose from. Good spot for a single night while travelling from Vanvouver to the Rockys. Breakfast bag* and coffee ready to go first thing from reception

Heavier road noise starting from approx 05:30am. But you expect that given the location and we were away early anyway. Contents of breakfast bag could be more plentiful... A warm yoghurt and broken cereal bar aren't great.

Breakfast will be good if serve.location was so convinient for Tru and all the other big stores.

The TV wasn't smart tv and my kids only like to watch youtube and that wasn't working on tv. Cable was there but kids dont watch those channels. Other than that everything was good.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room

No coffee in rooms; went down to front desk for coffee and there was no milk or cream. The front desk person said it would be 30 to 40 minutes before there would be some. Meanwhile, there is a convenience store across the street that they could have gotten cream from. Not a good start to the day.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed with nice linens, large room. On the morning of I phoned with a change (required an accessible shower) and they were able to accommodate us. First hotel I have stayed at that had a walk in shower in a regular room. On phone calls and in person the staff were all great. The location was super - easy to get to from the highway and gas and fast food very close by.

Used it as a stopping point on our way to the ferry from Calgary. So great location right near the highway for getting out of town. Walkable restaurant at the nearby casino was also a plus. Hotel is fairly new so room, bed, carpet etc all felt a bit more luxurious for this level of hotel.

Staff were okay but didn’t offer much in the way of welcoming or friendliness. Said online that breakfast was included but was really a grab and go bag with a yogurt and granola bar. Maybe shouldn’t advertise that as breakfast.

loved the room, especailly the apartment size fridge & had a sink & stove & amenities , nice tv and comfy beds very clean room, will stay here again, staff was very friendly and they had cameras watching where all your vehicles parked and great prices

not that we didn,t like it , would have been nice to be closer to the casino lol but was close enough

Love the rooms, they are so big and clean...bed is so comfortable too

The staff are not very welcoming. You walk in the door and they don't greet you or smile... Just leaves something to be desired... But I return because the rates are great so it's a trade off.

Huge beautiful room. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Full size fridge and stove. Comfy chairs to sit in.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't have more days to spend there. Absolutely loved it.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Everything was spotless and clearly taken care of with great attention to detail. It made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing, definitely exceeded expectations!

Rooms were very good size. Bed was big and super comfy. The room was really clean!

As per other reviews the staff weren't overly friendly and breakfast isn't breakfast it's a bag with juice, yogurt and cereal bar but we were prepared for this as we had seen other reviews so if you can look past that it's a clean and comfy stop for one night!
