Quiet - even though I asked for a room away from the road and I didn't get it, it was quiet and comfortable. Turns out the type of room I reserved is not available on the back of the building. (they could have said so at booking). Easy access from the parking lot, and elevator to the second floor where we had our room. Direct connection to a Chinese restaurant from the lobby

Signs? We showed up at the sister property which has almost the same name, and shares the parking lot. Fortunately, that building also shields this one from the highway so noise is low in the hotel.

The staff were nice when interacting and throughout our stay. We used the pool in sister hotel which included a waterslide my kids enjoyed. We also dined at the Chinese restaurant Moon Wok which was connected with the hotel location and it met our expectation- the restaurant was packed with locals. The room was clean. Breakfast was decent- we got our hot coffee and about bagel. The hotel was located in a convenient location if you have a car and off the highway.

Very friendly front desk person, clean entrance and large room. If you came with children there would be room to move around. The kitchen area would also be important.

For $200 a night one would expect up to date facility. While very clean (very important) the bathroom sink was old and stained, the wallpaper was stained and ripped and the shelf that held towels was bent with screws coming out. It appears that they are making the necessary updates but there is work to be done.

We booked the king size bed with a whirlpool tub. We loved the big room, with a closet for coats and shoes, small table for two next to the mini fridge and microwave, the updated flooring, the walk in shower, the very comfortable bed with excellent bedding, and the loveseat and coffee table at the other end of the room. The TV faced the bed but could be turned to face the whirlpool tub or the loveseat couch. The whirlpool tub had excellent water pressure to it and filled up very quickly with steaming hot water. The room had everything we needed and we were able to relax in the quiet. The staff knew it was my birthday and brought us a complimentary bottle of red wine along with two glasses and a bottle opener!

We have to remember that the world has just gone through a pandemic where our tourist industry suffered greatly. The wallpaper in the room was peeling away from the walls at a few points around the room. There were also water stains on the ceiling. There is a whirlpool in the room so the steam from this would have caused these issues.

It was convenient just off the highway. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was a surprise with lots of options. Eggs, cereals,toast, bagels yogurt coffee and tea. The kids got to use the pool at their other facility across the parking lot. Really comfortable beds

The television in the bedroom didn't work.

This motel was perfect for overnight stop. It is dated but has been taken over by Prestige group who will be refurbishing it. Rooms and beds were very comfortable and roomy.

Outside doesn’t look brilliant at the moment. I also booked this months ago before being taken over with a deal that included breakfast. Breakfast now not included but with 20% discount across the road. I queried this and they offered a grab bag, which served a purpose.

It was a stop off on our way to Jasper and was pleasantly surprised at the lovely large two bed room. The beds were comfortable with nice soft pillows, and clean. The shower worked well and the bathroom a nice size. Another bonus was having parking right outside.

Our view sadly looked onto airconditioning units.

Conveniently located near highway and Costco (easy to get gas). Friendly staff was helpful. All the directions were clearly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but enough.

Nothing really to complain about. Maybe one thing is that I will bring my own pillow next time if I stay there again. The pillow was too soft.

The hotel was easy to find and parking was more than adequate. The staff were super friendly. We also liked that there was a restaurant on site so after a long day on the road we didn't have to leave the hotel to get dinner.

The room itself could have been cleaner. There were crumbs on the accent chair in the room and the marble counter tops hadn't been wiped clean. It also seemed that the room might not have been vacuumed very well. I realize cleaning staff are pressed for time but cutting corners can lead to poor reviews and guests not returning.

The hotel is in quiet & convenient location and was within our budget. I like that it has an outdoor pool for hot Kamloops days and an outdoor patio on the fourth floor.

I feel the breakfast was below standard in quality & the service are below average in cleanliness. The usuals offered-Yogurt, cereal, bread & a few stale muffins. Bananas & apples,juice & coffee. Tongs were not provided for the self serving of bread & muffins so each person had to use their fingers for serving. There was no staff member in the breakfast nook area so tables & counters were not kept clean.
