This location was top notch! Everything you could think of in a room. Fridge, microwave, coffee, cups, bowls, plates, cutlery, even a can opener! In the shower complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and you cannot forget the free Accent inn rubber ducky! Most importantly, the most comfortable bed I have slept in on holidays.

Would have been nice to have the complimentary breakfast that almost all hotels are offering now,, but that is the on,y thing that would make this place a 10/10 even for value.

The location was great with lots of amenities around. There was a pool, but we didn't use it. There was a kettle, dishes, cutlery, toaster oven, fridge, toaster, dish soap, and microwave all in the room. We didn't use them, but it was impressive that it was all provided. The beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

The bathroom was a little bit small, but I don't think there could be anything done about it.

Cleanliness, comfort of bed & room size (Queen kitchenette), water pressure, free coffee in lobby, housekeeping staff do a great job, front desk staff very friendly & helpful, parking easy peasy & plentiful, location is good, pool area is very clean.

I would have preferred a toaster oven rather than a microwave in the room.

Room was very noisy especially when rooms next door were showering. There was a fee taken out for Climate issues without our authority. I don't think this is a legal practice. We did not complain at the time as we didn't thing we should be put in the embarrassing position of need to complain. This is a liberty taken by the hotel that should not be happening

the amenities were great and the beds really comfortable! everything in the room had a really nice touch and check-in/check-out was very friendly.

the curtains didn't do much to black out the lights and it was pretty noisy (both outside & the fridge). also, that's on me, though, it was pretty outside the city - you def need a car to get around.

Attention to detail and up to date furniture. Great modern look and the bed/sheets were so comfy. Also, I loved the duck theme! So happy I could take a rubber duck home too. What a bonus! It's great to have a punch card option for the stays. I think that's a great feature.

Water pressure and temperature changed from hot / cold in the shower.

Nice well-kempt inn. Big lot with plenty of parking & easy stair and elevator access. Great, quiet AC. Across from large strip mall with chain restaurants and stores.

Close to highway interchange on slope, so traffic noise including trucks going by using exhaust brakes.

The staff are amazing. Cheerful, kind & helpful. The beds & bedding were so comfortable.

We had a microwave instead of toaster oven in our room. Would have much preferred a toaster oven.

The location was great. The kitchenette facilities were very handy. It meant we could prepare healthy meals. The bus stops, shops and fast food restaurants were nearby. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean. It felt like an Airbnb, home from home.

It would have been good to clear the snow in the vicinity of the hotel. We didn’t drive, therefore felt awkward on the ice. There was no housekeeping due to Covid restrictions, a dustpan, brush and bath cleaner would have been helpful. The breakfast bag was inadequate. However, we were able to buy cereal and milk nearby to complete it.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable but the mini-fridge needs to be defrosted. Not really worth the $200 per night we paid, but I think that's becoming the standard for run-of-the-mill rooms in peak season. Great location, close to the TCH, but nice and quiet. I would return.

Fridge needed defrosting. More TP could be provided. I wish they would provide breakfast at this location, considering the rate we paid.
