When we first entered the room, there was a unpleasant smell (sewege) which lingered around the bathroom and entrance. The bathroom and bedroom were clean, but the smell was off putting, we spoke to reception and two members of staff went to investigate. They confirmed they could also smell this and suggested a room spray, my husband asked for an alternative room, however they apologised and said as they were busy, there were no rooms available. My husband asked if there was anything else they could do and they offered us a voucher to cover our breakfast as an apology and room spray. This was acceptable given they were busy, however it was frustrating we had to ask what they could do, rather than them making a suggestion.

Nice, comfortable hotel in a good location. Room was very nice and modern and hotel is easy to access. Bar was nice and happy hour is a great fell

Parking isn’t free, which is a shame. The bar staff are also not particularly attentive and there was confusion over the breakfast we had included in the booking: if you choose this, make sure you ask about it on arrival as you’re meant to get a voucher which explains what you’re entitled to, rather than incorrectly assume you can order as you wish.

The location of this Delta Hotel is city center with easy walking to quite a few shops, restaurants and grocery store. There is also a bar and restaurant in the hotel, which we did not try but looked good. Ample parking available. The one night we were there, they had the main street shut down and some type of basketball camp going on for both boys and girls, which was fun to see. The room was comfortable and clean but lacked a lot of room for anything extra like eating take-out and lacked common areas or lounges for the same.

We did not really feel that there was much to do in Kamloops as tourists. The fact that it was Sunday and later in the day when we arrived made options even less. We found the room perfectly comfortable and clean but nothing special so felt it was a bit overpriced, but felt that was true for all accommodations on our trip, not just here. The room is on the small size but a person can easily move around, but the bathrooms were quite tight and difficult to navigate at times. It was the most inexpensive room on our adventure and was quite adequate for positioning to move on to Jasper.

The reception was friendly and helpful. They even gave us a free upgrade to a family suite! The suite was cozy and comfortable, just superb. And for food, absolutely astonishing. We had dinner and breakfast at the only restaurant in the hotel. Kids loved their kid's menu and I particularly enjoyed the local Kamloops Red. Just nothing to complain about. We will definitely come back again!

Not that I didn't like but just better if this was offered, slippers in the suite.

Being a Bonvoy member we were upgraded to a top floor view room that was spacious, and were also allowed a late check- out on our last day so we could ski up at Sun Peaks most of the morning and comfortably drive back to check out. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub apres-ski, and found several great restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. And finally, the staff are incredible. The front desk always greeted us and took great care of our stay.

I can't think of anything. Well, I wish I didn't have a separate charge for parking.

Incredible staff and super clean and comfortable room. We arrived after being evacuated from the Jasper fires and the staff were amazing and allowed us to check in early to get some sleep. Super accommodating and checked in with us throughout our stay. Restaurant in the hotel also cooks super amazing food.

The area is a stop off location so it isn't somewhere I would stay for longer than a night unless you are wanting some down town.

Room was clean, well lit and spacious. We didn't access the pool, but wish we did. The food from Cordo was delicious! We ordered dinner the first night and then breakfast the next morning. The staff provided excellent service.

Nothing really, but if I had to comment on something, I would say that it would have been nice to have a patch of grass (or fake grass) for my small dogs to do their business on outside.

Clean comfortable hotel located in downtown Kamloops close to cafes, restaurants, and Riverside park. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast/brunch was excellent. Rooftop pool and patio was a nice space to sit out and enjoy sun.

Unfortunately the sound proofing is not very good and our room was directly opposite the lift. We were kept awake until 2am by loud, drunk guests leaving a wedding reception on the same floor as our room. The hotel was full so there was not a option to move.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and enjoyable, the restraunt was amazing we had the lamb lollies, oysters, and the burger - ( best burgers we ever had, wifey has a gluten allergy and quite enjoyed her gf bun and crispy onion stack) the gin flight trays were a fun twist to the night aswell I would highly recommend them ( lemon gin liquor - sheringham distillery ), and the ( tempo strawberry - G&W ), our servers Heather and Kalina did amazing with service at the bar and I would def go again. The hotel, rooms, and common areas are kept very clean. The pool and hottub were a great experience as well, being on an outdoor deck. This hotel will be our family's new destination spot anytime we go to kamloops.

There wasn't anything not to like.

Very clean room except for the pillows..... clean covers but the inside hadn't seen a washing machine in some time. Took several attempts before issue was resolved. Star of our visit was Nidhin - what a highly personable and yet totally professional. Delta group are extremely lucky to have this gentleman on their team.
