During our vacation tragically our motor home caught fire and with 5 minutes was an engulfed inferno. With out id and only our previous booking history’s they took our family in without question… these humble people and the young man who checked us in are first class and a benefit to their industry and our community.

Peaceful, like being home

Quiet, comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fine. Roof top patio was a bonus. Weather was spectacular so spent a lot of time up there. BBQ area great. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had microwave and fridge and coffee!! AC blew cold! Slept well. Good wifi and cable. Laundry a perk for sports uniforms. Lots of cold ice! Good location. Close to restaurants and hwy access. No issues with parking. Would stay again.

No blow dryer. Bring own conditioner if you have long hair. Room was small but very affordable. Overall good. Would recommend for something affordable. Not luxurious. Basic amenities but worked for my family!

The room was large and clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. There was even a little pool to have a swim in after a long drive. Only a couple of minutes walk from a good pub with good food.

Super location. Spacious rooms and well maintained property. Wow the hot tub was fabulous. Check-in was easy. There was a minor housekeeping issue with my room but the afternoon front desk young gentlemen was so accommodating. We were promplty reassigned to another beautiful room and assured that matters were dealt with. Quiet. Lots of convenient food options nearby. Great parking. A sister property assures guests a good chance of access to at least one pool or hot tub.

As can happen anywhere, there was a simple housekeeping oversight during a busy season. It was resolved so quick and professionally, I hesitate to even mention it.

One night stop on the way through kamloops… value was excellent. Room was very clean and it was nice to have a soak in the hot tub after a drive… I forgot something in the room and got a call right away; I really appreciated that, They are putting on new shingles, and my only complaint, was they could have started a little later than 7am.

The location is convenient. The staff are nice, and for some issues, we needed to arrive earlier so we enquired the staff with very positive feedback and help.

Very minor: The parkade is small (And parking space per car is just fit, mine was SUV). It was a bit hard to park and move as the bookings were full. But overall I'll give 9/10

The staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating. Upon arrival it was super hot in our room and eventually we figured out that the heater on the floor was on, wouldn’t turn off and was fighting against the a/c. Management moved us rooms right away no questions asked. Our stay was awesome!! Would absolutely return to this hotel.

The swimming pool was out of order due to a pump failure which was completely out of the staffs control.

It was fast check in and out, room was ready early. It was clean and tidy had everything we needed.

We had to ask to get into pool hot tub, but that was okay. Since it was off season we had the place to ourself. It wasn't very big but adequate

Appeared to have "long stay guests". Some were evacuees 'cause of fires, some were Social Service clients. Sidewalk outside rooms littered with roaches (joint butts).

The location of the motel is perfect because it is close to fast food restaurants and close enough to the bus stop where you can travel into town with no troubles and can be very cost effective
