It was surprisingly quiet throughout my stay the only noise I heard was when a vehicle started close to my room and people talking going to or from their room. Again this was only directly in front or close to my room.The location is great if you are travelling with plenty of fast food options and places to gas up.

The phone in the room didn’t work and the shower head was very low. I am 5ft 4 inches talk and I had to crouch slightly to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Anyone who was tall would have had issue’s because the ceiling was lower than the rest of the room.

Every time we come to Kamloops we stay here. Clean. Safe.. Harolds restaurant is beside them great food. They have a small breakfast at the motel. Ice.. And a laundry ..

No coffee pot in the room. But at the office they have coffee. My husband brings instant coffee every time we travel. Most rooms dont have coffee any more. But this one has a micro wave and a fridge. So we are set.

Easy to find and access, staff was very helpful, rooms are big enough and are equipped with fridge + microwave. Having breakfast makes it the definitive best value for an overnight stop in Kamloops.

As many others have pointed, the place is old and smells very dusty. Turning on the ventilator and opening the window to create some air flow greatly reduced the smell and we could have a good sleep.

We have been coming to this hotel for years. We do not live in the city of Kamloops. So my family and I book a room here for a night or two for a city retreat. We shop and go to the movies and watch cable,the kids experience different events and wedine in restaurants not available in our tiny town. Everyone knows how expensive things are now a days and especially when your bring your family along for the adventure. This hotel is a favorite because it checks all the boxes for us. It saves us some money and still provides a clean facility and comfortable beds. The staff is wonderful and even remember which is our favorite room.

I do like that the hotel is right off the highway so it makes coming and going much easier. It would be optimal however if the location was a but more central. However, it's not a huge deal and won't stop us from returning to this hotel again and again.

I think the breakfast was good. The waffles were a nice touch. The location was excellent. Being on the Trans-Canada Highway, it was easy to find, and it was easy to find my event from it. Also, the bedside lamp was very easy to turn on in the dark. It had a kitchenette (but no dishes).

It would have been better if there had been more electrical outlets; but with an extension cord, I made it work.

The staff I was greeted by was fabulous! They were able to make a ground floor room available as I have mobility challenges at last-minute notice. Extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming! The place was very clean and comfortable. The price was exceptional :-)

The only suggestion I have is to have gluten-free selection for special guests 😀 This would include a separate cereal feeder away from the wheat and other cereals and a separate toaster to avoid cross contamination 😀 That would be an amazing upgrade to an already great place!

The staff was the highlight of our stay - everyone was very friendly and welcoming, sharing advice about things to do and restaurants to eat at. The kitchen with bowls and stove to make some simple dinner was a bonus.

The breakfast was very basic at best: frozen waffles from Costco I believe, juice boxes, yogurt, 1 type of bread and 2 types of cereal. But it's better than nothing and it fed our family of 7, so no complains.

The room was quiet and close to all amenities. The staff were very friendly. I didn't have the breakfast, but had some coffee. They had an assortment of cereal and bread for toast. Would consider coming back on short trips through Kamloops

We left for dinner and unfortunately came back to no available parking. I would return, but will make sure I bring shampoo, conditioner etc.

the friendly staff; easy to find; reasonable; comfy bed; a light breakfast; I appreciated that they were very accommodating to my late after midnight arrival.

even though it says non-smoking the room did have that lingering smell. With putting on the air conditioner and opening the window (being that I was on the 2nd floor) the smell dissipated. -hole in the wall-from a previous customer. Would be difficult to repair due to the wall being covered with wallpaper but possibly they could cover/hide the damage with a framed picture. -just a suggestion- possibly have a kettle or small coffee maker in the room so that early morning coffee is available for those early bird risers.😊

It is in a convenient location

It is starting to get a little run down. Potholes at entrance to the parking lot, pretty hard on my little car Carpet in room needs a good cleaning And wasn’t impressed with the mild in the shower
