Beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on in hotel. After ten hour drive it was a treat for my back. Interior design looked very modern, clean. Staff were very helpful , with good manners . There is no breakfast but it has a very decent restaurant on the site. There is a voucher for kids. We went for breakfast in our first stay and dinner on the way back ( we choose this hotel on the way to and from our destination) it was very good restaurant. And swimming pool for the whole family with jacuzzi was very nice too.

I would like to see a changing room in the swimming pool. Not a fond of changing in the washroom. I would say it was only one minor thing, but it's manageable.

A clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a White Spot on site, which made getting meals easy Our booking included breakfast; we had a hearty breakfast at White Spot before hitting the road which was nice. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a large counter, which was great for our family of four (two adults and two children). A short walk will take you to McArthur Island Park. Northill Shopping Centre was across the road, which had a Starbucks and a grocery store. I would stay in this property again!

The bed was pretty tall for a short person like me. It's comfy though!

Inability to turn the ac off in the room Even though it was actually plus 30c outside the AC was a little too cold. Dirty toilets shared with White Spot restaurant in lobby were disgusting 2 days in a row and reported 2 days in a row and were never cleaned during my stay. Seems to be no cooperation of staff or agreement as to who is responsible for this bathroom.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated suites and it was excellent. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and we appreciated the separate sitting area. Good choice of eateries close by (excellent sushi across the parking lot), and we enjoyed having breakfast at the White Spot right in the hotel. A shout out to Jack on the front desk. Thanks! You were incredibly helpful, and made our check in a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

A bit tricky to find, being located in the downtown area, but not a problem with good GPS.

Warm friendly and efficient welcome. Very spacious, quiet, good bathroom, comfortable beds

Despite it being a newly renovated room, the air conditioning control on the wall did not work at all. We had to find and use the controls on the unit itself. But unit is not an inverter, but one that periodically switched off and on, noisily, stopping us from sleeping. Window only opened a couple of inches. In the end I had to put ac on fan only mode, so it blew air in but didn't keep us cool enoughl.

Early morning staff (front desk and shuttle driver) were so helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Bedding and mattress were amazing. All was super clean. Coffee and Earl Grey pods were a perfect touch for us! Shuttle service to the airport was quick and easy. Made our early morning departure a breeze.

continental breakfast or fruit and muffin at 5 am would have been nice. Rate was somewhat high for stopover.

Manager was excellent. As he booked sealed about local sites. I commented I had been in Canada almost a week and hadn’t visited Tim Hortons. With out a hint of a smile he gave me careful instructions to the nearest one and noted that Canada’s second best destination, Canada Tire, was right next door. 😜

Convenient for our journey, pool closed looked run down. Ice machine on our floor broken.

Breakfast staff - our package included breakfast they give you a $25 voucher each. I think our total came to $30 - she said it didn’t include taxes and tip I doubt that would have been $20. The check in staff not good either we were tired and just wanted a pizza I asked for advice told as it was Labour Day all were closed, and tried to give us coupons for other meals. The QR code in the room gives details of room delivery pizza bother were open. Staff training required.

Loved how the location was as close to accessible to shopping centres near by would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something cozy and quieter! Pool and hot tub was a bonus not to mention gym on site ! Can’t wait to stay again .

Very close to the baseball field on MacArthur Island Park. Airport shuttle service was prompt and effective. Even though the hotel was undergoing major renovations, our stay was quiet.

Pool was closed for renovations, but it was disclosed well in advance of the stay, no problem, just would have been nice for the kids.
