We were upgraded to a bigger room because of the noise from the repairs in the closed restaurant. It was spacious clean and comfortable. The fridge coffee machine and microwave were very useful and made our stay relaxing. All staff were very friendly and helpful and quickly helped us change rooms

The hot tub and restaurant were not available which was disappointing as I chose Scott’s inn for those 2 facilities. I feel We should have been notified of this before our arrival.

It was all good. It was a brief stay as I was catching a plane at the airport very, very early in the morning. If I was staying longer I'd probably want to stay in more natural surroundings or I would have paid more attention to what conveniences were available around me but worked out well for what I needed on this particular trip. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff responded quickly to requests we had, e.g. we asked for a spare heater because it was a very cold night (-25) and it got the suite warmed up a lot faster, also they brought a new kettle right away because the one in the room wasn't working. We enjoyed a delicious soup at the restaurant.

There was a lot of noise from the room upstairs where people were up early and there didn't seem to be much soundproofing. I had earplugs and was fine but the other people with me had trouble sleeping.

Location was convenient for heading to SunPeaks skiing. It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed, such as fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The staff were very professional, when we could not get the tv to work, they came to the room and solved the problem. They were very willing to make sure we were comfortable and had the tv working.

I've stayed here many times so knew what i was getting. It is comfortable and good for getting out with the dog.

Starlings nesting in the outside of the air conditioner - but the dog found them very fascinating, so maybe it was just doggy-TV? TV didn't work the first night, was fixed by a staff person the second night.

The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were relatively comfortable. Convenient, free parking. Loved the 11 AM checkout time.

I know it's standard to charge a pet fee, but it always feels a little steep to pay a nightly charge for a pet. We had to have the key cards reset twice during our two night stay.

It was an affordable place that had two bedrooms and a living/kitchen area. The beds were very comfortable. The staff member who checked us in was helpful in providing another dining chair as there was only two in the room.

The decoration and furnishings were tired and parts weren’t cleaned very well. The kitchen was not well equipped and they didn’t even provide washing up liquid and a tea towel.

the property, rooms and facilities were well cared for. The staff were helpful and cheerful. I could tell it was a good place to work as that was reflected in the attitudes of the staff at every level. Cleanliness was the best of any of the "budget" hotels/Inns I have stayed at in Kamloops.

I prefer a firmer bed is all

I have stayed before and while it’s not really close to shopping etc it does offer a relatively quiet location with a restaurant on the property. It’s close to the major highways which is my main reason for staying here.

This was my first stay during the winter. During my stay the outside temperature dropped considerably to the point I was concerned about whether my car would start the next morning. I have a block heater on my car but seen that there were no outside plugs for using it. What I ended up doing was going out in the very early hours to warm my car up.

The room was very clean and had small, but nice, touches such as a hub to pm charge your electronics. Also had great black out shade in the window.

The walls are a bit thin - guests upstairs were hard to ignore, even though they were just walking around in their room.
