Price was insanely good, and included a better pool than many more expensive hotels have. Location conveniently right by the highway and near many restaurants (walking distance of five or six places). Clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was good. Air conditioning was effective and kept the room cool. Would recommend staying here.

Highway and train noise may bother light sleepers. AC was also very loud. There was no hot tub, though it appeared on some of the photos on booking.com (seemed like it had been removed).

The pool was spotless, perfect temperature, and so welcome at the end of a day's travel! Bed was comfy and the room was perfectly sized for our needs. Easy to get to and leave from the highway Quiet stay and an incredible price. Staff unobtrusive and very pleasant. We take an annual trip from BC to Alberta and we intend to stay on our way back next year too. Booking is fast and easy on the road (we wait just to be sure Kamloops is where we are stopping and book a couple hours ahead-they even check with us to make sure that we will be greeted after late booking).

Coffee pot was a little slow brewing is literally the only minor inconvenience.

When we arrived to check in, they room behind office was being cleaned and you could smell so, so we thought that was a good sign! We booked a queen room and they upgraded us to a king, no charge. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well and also the mini fridge, which we plugged in cooled down very quickly and worked very well, refroze our freezer pack for the cooler no problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an older motel so could use some up dating, some of the room furniture, sofa, tv console, but still was in shape just dated. The pool area was showing it’s age but we still enjoyed a swim, hot tub was of order. But no big deal, We would stay again! Great water pressure!

Close to main roads, easy to get to, fair sized rooms for traveling with 2 preschoolers and a teen, good counter space, easy parking outside the room, GOOD COFFEE in room!! (And a real 5 cup pot instead of the little 3.5 ones.) Excellent customer service.

Ice machine wasn’t working, pool was down for maintenance (but they made arrangements with another close by property to swim there!) sad that no breakfast is offered. (Properties close by have similar rates and offer small breakfast options.

staff is very helpful and attentive. convenient location just off highway. sink and towels were outside bathroom/toilet. I liked this. personally I don't like towels being kept around or above the toilets!

Parking is free and sufficient but a bit conjusted. Not an issue though.

We've been staying there for the past 2 yrs , every time we come around the kamloops area to visit. The staff is great, hospitality as well

I've stayed in other places similar to the kings, but the prices were reasonable, a lot lower then what the kings charge, I just don't honestly think the rooms are worth 140 to 300 a night. Charging whatever they want, it's not the Hilton... I would keep it around the 80 to 100 a night, depending on if it accommodates a kitchenette

Friendly host, was hospitality and showed us our room. We had 201 with a view of the mountains. Big and comfi King bed, fridge, microwave, big tv, coffee maker and large badroom. In the review we saw a lot about noise of the road and train, we slept very good and had our breakfast at Tim Hortons.

Nothing to complain about

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The accommodations were top-notch, exceeding my expectations in every way. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, going out of their way to assist us with any request or inquiry. I am flled with nothing but gratitude towards them for making our stay truly exceptional.

friendly staff. clean room. i appreciate the third towel in our three-bed unit. white bed covers help to show a facilities conscientious efforts to be clean. spacious room. good lighting and options for light.

coloured carpet suggests floor covering is dated (at least in my unit - perhaps it’s time to go to vinyl plank). Our window does NOT LOCK. The locking device has been snapped off - this needs to be repaired!

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of plugs and we liked the pool.

Behind the night stand needed cleaning. The pool had some small plastic pool noodle pieces that needed to be scooped out.
