Value for money for basic needs, comfortable beds and great stop if you are travelling. I like it that the vanity mirror and sink are outside the washroom and there is a small table to dine. It is also clean and love the room location on the main floor so you can easily grab your stuff in the vehicle. Love the simple breakfast, muffins and apples are fresh.

They need to replace the microwave as it does not heat up food much even if you set it for 3 minutes and pillows need to be upgraded, it was too flat and small. Also the hot tub was close even it was indoor.

When checking in, the front desk person never stopped talking on the phone the entire time to actually acknowledge the guest. Strange ! This is not the first time. However, room very clean, and equipped with what one needed for an overnight stay. Microwave/ fridge/ ice nearby. Parking immediately in front. Take away breakfast adequate to go. Hairdryer in room "fizzled" out immediately on turning it on, but on request a housekeeping attendant got one from the office and brought it over..

The room had an "adjoining" lock off door to the next room which let through quite a bit of noise late in the evening once the occupants were in there. Annoying, especially when I had the feeling they were workers or family members, possibly not paying guests..

Great value for money, just off the highway (we used it as a stopover on a long trip). Check-in was quick and easy. Room (although a little dated) was exceptionally clean, and included everything as described such as coffee maker, microwave, fridge etc. Bed comfy. Parking right outside the door. Breakfast included, basic but enough to get you going in the morning (help yourself in reception to tea, coffee, apples, muffins, yoghurts), which for the price of the room was good value. Supermarket a couple minutes drive.

Just includeing for completeness, was not actually a bad thing for us, but due to being near the highway and rail line, there was some noise but it didn't affect us at all and didnt impact our sleep.

The room was a little dated but very clean and quiet. It had everything you want including an iron, fridge, make up counter and tv. Beds were comfortable and the staff were great. Even though it was not as new as other places, everything worked well and it was very comfortable. Very good value for what we paid.

Older facility and the lighting wasn't very bright inside the unit. The hot and cold in the bathtub is opposite to what the colours/badging says. Easy to figure that out though.

the room was very quiet ,did not hear doors closing when people left in the morning. shower was excellent. staff were very helpfull and friendly. breakfast muffins and coffee were really good. checkin and out was easy and fast.

had to reprogram the room card the second day. the soap and shampoo packets were very hard to open without scissors. the air conditioner was noisy, but worked well so was able to shut it off at bedtime with a cool room.

The staff were very accommodating and ensuring our needs were addressed. We had gotten off track on the directions and were past our ETA. The evening supervisor reached out to us by phone. We were able to sort ourselves out and gratefully settled in for a restorative sleep.

Parking was a bit tight. I know traveling can be very tiring. I wish the spaces were larger. That way for those who don't stay within the lines won't make it impossible for others to park.

Property is best for the price! We were tired from driving and made a last minute booking and ended up enjoying it. If you are looking for something clean to sleep in Kamloops, it is your place to go (or should I say stay). It will not cost you a lot but it will serve its purpose.

Kamloops has train rails along the highway where most hotels are. The only thing to keep in mind if you have light sleep. This is not specific for just this motel, but any other along the tracks.

The location is great, with everything in Kamloops close-by. We enjoyed the included breakfast, with the chocolate muffins being our favorite. The room had lots of space, with the sink to wash your hands outside of the washroom, which we prefer. Parking spaces were easy to find and close to all rooms.

The noise from the A/C was loud, so we actually didn't use it.

Stayed one night. Excellent value. Price included a light breakfast of coffee, muffins, fruit and yogurt. conveniently located, bathroom was very clean.

The room was a bit dim. Trains are constantly passing nearby; not a big disturbance, but if you are sensitive to sound & motion, it can be a con. There are a number of rooms that are rented to seasonal workers, so a bit more people than expected.

Rooms were large and clean with comfortable beds and decent air conditioning which, although on the noisy side, was vital given the temperatures when we stayed. Good location only a short drive to downtown and Riverside Park

Didn't see any evidence of the breakfast which was meant to be included and the service was on the brusque side
