I enjoyed the rates and the friendly staff the village and the restaurant connected to the lodge were very nice checking was very easy and everyone was just all-around friendly if i had ski friends i would recommend this place

The rooms were pretty outdated there was dirt on the bedsheets and the shower curtain was stained I also didn't like the parking per day fee I didn't see it when I booked and honestly would have not booked there if I have seen that the hallways also smelled like smoke the whole time and the lack of AC and the heater not working very well I will be back to play golf but I don't believe I will stay again not bad place but just not my first choice

The ski locker facility was very handy with free locks. The rooms were reasonably equipped and the fridge was a good size. The balcony and view out to the slopes and mountain was fabulous. It was great being able to walk directly to the ski lifts. The bed was comfortable and bedroom was spacious. The fireplace was also very nice to have on during the evening.

The sofabed was not very comfortable to sit on (we didn't use it as a bed) for the evening. The bathroom was quite small for the apartment size. The TV choices were limited but OK - a smart TV would be better in the future. The local supermarket was extremely expensive so be prepared.

Ski storage was convenient, having a small balcony made the room seem larger. Location was excellent for ski access and to walk around the village.

Room could have had one or two comfortable chairs - all we had were two straight backed chairs at the table. Cutlery could be better quality, sharpen knives, toaster had broken lever. Room was very warm and we opened the window all the time.

Great location; easy access to golf and the rest of the village. Very comfortable. Having a kitchen was a bonus. Bar/restaurant on site. Enjoyed having a balcony.

No clock in the room - had to keep turning on the TV to find out the time. Having to pay extra for parking wasn't something I am used to.

Nice, value hotel. Staff are lovely and always tried to make the stay nice. Loved the location and inside access to the cafes, art gallery and pub - didn’t even need to leave the hotel.

Room was a bit cramped with our pet, but I chose the cheapest option. You can pay more for a larger room.

Great hotel in heart of village. Our suite had a nice patio that we could bike right too! Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The staff gave us fans so we stayed cool at night. The gym was nice and the hotel was nice and large. We loved that there were two coffee shops right in the hotel!

I don’t like they wrap the duvet in two sheets but don’t button it up so when it separates you sleep with just the used duvet (I know lots of hotels are doing this but it’s so un-sanitary)

It was very convenient and great that the hotel was right by the ski lifts. That made the stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and accommodating for pets.

The pillows were small and uncomfortable to sleep on. The heating was difficult to get right, it got too hot and it was a difficult night sleep.

Front desk staff professional and efficient, check-in very quick. Location of the hotel is excellent for all the different businesses in town and access to the ski lifts. Liked the pump type soap and body wash containers.

Could use a hair dryer in the room. Need to clean the hot tub and surrounding patio area. Parking at Sunpeaks in general is dismal, especially in the Winter. Underground parking is expensive at this property and should be included in your accommodation cost.

Sundance is the best ski in ski out location on the mountain. 2 excellent coffee shops on the ground floor. Room was a good size with basic cooking facilities.

The bed was small being a double

The location is fantastic, right in front of the bike park. It was so easy to access the trails. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay.

The only downside was having to pay for parking.
