Staff were lovely and always friendly. Location was great, ski in and out to perfection. Good steakhouse restaurant.

Room was a bit dark for my liking. The first few days were a bit noisy due to a long weekend and loud American kids, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Would have liked to have been informed prior to my booking that it was a busy long weekend and dinner reservations were a must. Perhaps the hotel could book in advance on behalf of the guest as they do in Japan.

Beautiful accomodation - ski in and ski out was so handy. Super nice and cosy. Sauna and steam room were divine! Cutest hotel and village.

No bowls or spoons provided, staff in restaurant were nice about letting us borrow them each day as long as we returned them, but when the manager found out we were borrowing them she was quite rude and went to go tell the staff off which made me feel uncomfortable and really bad for the staff. Hot tub was lukewarm and way too much chlorine - was burning my eyes every night.

Location, festive decorations, comfy rooms and friendly helpful staff. Would love to return as Sun Peaks is an amazing place to holiday at, wish it was closer than a 14 hour plane ride plus transfers from Vancouver, away!!!

Water pressure in shower not the best but we are used to high pressure water, still functional though. Would be nice to have a queen bed as one of beds rather than 2 doubles. Beds were comfy though. Spa room and spa too hot, needs better ventilation, or slightly lower temp of water.

Right in the Village, close to the golf course, pro shop and restaurants. Hotel has secure underground parking, elevator, and fabulous sauna and hot tub, which my sister and I totally loved after 2 FULL days of golf!!

The BIG white cube van truck that was parked in the driveway right before the underground parkade for 3 full days! Even though there is a sign that say “NO PARKING VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED”. Made it a bit of a squeeze getting in and out of the parkade 🤨🤨

Great location. Room, hot tub and saunas were clean and easily accessible.

The elevator was broken for the 4 days we were there (mid-week) so every time it was a 57 stair hike down to the doorway to head outside. Not ideal with luggage and ski gear on. Staff could have been a bit more friendly in providing info about the resort instead of yes or no answers. There’s lots of international visitors and local recommendations go farther then the same info you can find on google. This is what sets experience ratings high.

My kis was't feeling well at some point during midnight, and I was looking for medicine. The lady at reception didn't have the med that I was asking, but was being very helpful to offer us alternative. She brought the med to our room, giving us warm reminder that not to go empty stomach with the med, and offered to make us a toast if needed. We've tried their steak house & fondue stub. Food and service were great . Everyone is friendly & helpful. All and all ia very pleasant stay !!

The staff were excellent in manner and their helpfulness. The location was superb.

Having to go done stairs (without falling down) in the middle of the night - at least 2 times to use the loo; a scary experience when trying not to wake up others. When booking I naturally thought there a loo upstairs too. Regrettably, although space for a wardrobe upstairs, there was no hanging space. I also kept hitting my head (when getting in and out of bed) on the low slanting ceiling.

Perfect location for our motorcycle group get away. We had adjoining rooms and balconies that faced the village. Would definitely come back!

The price for parking was a bit much considering it was an empty lot and not peak winter season. $25/night is way too much. Fortunately we were able to jam 6 motorcycles into 2 spots to help mitigate the costs.

The room was a good sized room and very clean. The location as perfect as you are right in the village and just a 2 minute walk to the lift or you can ski right to it. The boot driers in the storage room were fantastic as I didn't have to put on cold wet boots the next day.

The hot tub jets didn't work so it was more of a bathtub.

The location of the room was excellent. We also liked the kitchenette. We used the hot tub, steam room and sauna. They wer in the next buiilding over but that was not too inconvenient.

The master bedroon with the king bed seemed to have been converted from a balcony. The heat it the room was with a little heater that was either on or off. When off it was a chilly room and when it was on it was a bit warm for sleeping.
