This is a very welcoming hotel with friendly staff. The room we had was massive! It was clean. There is EV parking which was important to us. The breakfast was better than expected. There are some nice, quiet seating areas in the lobby which were perfect for family catch up! The staff were helpful.

Odd that it was not designed to maximize the lake views. It can also be noisy overnight with the transport trucks roaring down the nearby highway. The price you pay for being close to the highway is the noise of being close to the highway. Pro tip for the noise - take the AC off automatic and put the fan on low to provide consistent white noise all night. Also ask for a quiet room. It would be nice to have a very soft/dim nightlight in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good. The selection was a bit restricted. The breakfast room was amazing. The lobby and building was very attractive. Great parking.

I would have preferred cranberry juice, more stations to prepare/gather the food. I was put in the room adjacent to the elevator. The noise from the elevator itself and the guests using the elevator was disturbing. Some more sound proofing might work or maybe it would have been better to put the cleaning closet there instead. The blackout curtains were not very effective. During this trip I stayed at the Chilliwack Holiday Inn. The black our curtains were amazing. I had to sign up to the hotel app to use the wifi... what is that?

Gym is large and not heavily used as it is a bit of a goldfish bowl. Room goot quality, everything worked.

Breakfast was bedlam and not a pleasant experience, too many people trying to eat at the same time meant we ended up eating opposite reception. I would also liked to have used the pool, but it was the school holidays and constantly in heavy use.

Electric vehicle charging if you have the correct adapter, pool, free breakfast included, wifi, and plenty of parking.

A bit expensive and the price changed a day after initially booking, fortunately I was able to cancel and rebook at the lower cost. Location is a bit far to walk to most amenities or activities in town.

Convenient and rooms while not large are efficient and well laid out. Absolutely spotless and very comfortable beds. Staff are first class, friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here within a couple months and it’s now our go-to place in Salmon Arm. Kudos guys.

If you’re not on the top floor you will get noise from people walking or moving furniture in rooms above.

Great! Found the crepes and were wonderful. Front desk lady was wonderful and found an assistance room adjourning ours! Wonderful! Location was great.

Small round table and a couple of chairs would be nice since we sat together in the evening for “happy hour” with the four of us. Nothing fancy though.

The property is new, clean and provides a complimentary hot breakfast. The price is great. I especially like the attention to detail that has been given to the decor. I know it sounds like that shouldn’t be significant but it is an indication of the pride that is taken in the whole operation.

Front desk left unmanned. Had to knock on the office door. Hole in the bedroom wall where someone had pushed the door so hard the handle had penetrated the plasterboard. Serf service breakfast, scrambled egg like cardboard. Expected from the write up to be nearer the boardwalk, not at 1 mile walk. No pavement for part of the way.

The room was great and very clean. We had to cut our trip short as there was a wildfire in the area and roads were closing, the hotel ended up giving our money back and I requested that the room go to evacuees.

That we couldn't stay longer, but our event was cancelled, roads were closing and the province announced a state of emergency, people were displaced everywhere and rooms were needed for people who's houses had burnt or had left because of evacuations

Great breakfast, excellent location and parking.

A bit more attention could be made in the bathroom, specifically the shower. The pool/hot tub hours are not good. Some people enjoy starting their day with that. Your Penticton location opens it up early. Do that.
