The welcome email we were sent with directions, activities, and places to eat was awesome and very helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Suite was very clean and well maintained. When we had a question, Karina was very quick to come up and help us.

The towels were very hard and actually hurt your skin. The welcome email noted that Netflix was on Telus channel 422. However, there were no telus channels and Netflix was through the Samsung remote. Telus remote statement should be removed, as it is confusing. There were quite a few hairs on the pillows. However, they looked clean and I wonder if it was transfered from headboard.

The room was spotless and was well-stocked with everything I needed to enjoy a light breakfast in the room before heading out for hiking. The bed was soooo comfortable. The self-entry keypad was a snap and the owners left a sweet welcome note with contact info in case I needed anything. The location was walking distance to the grocery store, several restaurants and coffee shops. A great choice in Ucluelet!

The parking area can get crowded if they're all booked up, but there is also street parking. Nothing bad to say about this inn.

Well-kitted out living space, bathroom, and bedroom. Large and comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Complimentary bottle of wine kindly provided. Hot tub was wonderful and warm, sauna had a lovely window so you could see the surrounding green, and robes and sandals provided in the room.

Asked for the sofa bed to be set up on my arrival - the request was forgotten (I did book a long while in advance). Host came to remedy the issue on the day. Wouldn't attempt any serious cooking as there's only a hob top and no dishwasher.

Big clean room. huge bed, great big TV with Netflix. big bath. lots of windows with great fly nets so you could have great fresh air. easy walk to bars and restaurants. good looking property with lovely view to harbour from number three. good parking out front on drive. good lighting. sauna and hot tub in back garden if wanted. lovely bottle of quality wine left for us!! lovely touch!!

Every little detail has been thought of at The Francis Boutique Inn- from the lovely gift & the little welcome note, ease of check in and check out, and of course the facilities (nothing better than a dry sauna and hot tub after a full day of hiking!). Such quality interior, with little luxuries scattered throughout like the coffee & the bathroom items. The bed is so comfortable bed; and it has a beautiful deep bath; lovely fluffy towels and a great rainfall shower with excellent pressure. The soft furnishings are really luxurious too (love the blanket!) and having streaming on the smart TV was also a bonus. The staff were so attentive and intuitive and couldn’t have been more suited to such a gorgeous property. Without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have travelled to a fair few! 10 out of 10 in ever way.

Nothing - there is absolutely nothing negative about this place. I don’t know how it’s 3 star and not 4 or 5?

Location was perfect. Room was clean and comfy. Beds were lovely. Self check-in was easy and convenient. Slippers were provided if you wanted to head to the sauna/hot tub, which was a nice touch.

Some of the plug-ins didn't work, so we had to try a few out. Wasn't a big issue though, we had enough power.

We booked for 2 adults and our 16 yr old daughter. Once her disabled was unfolded there was very little room to move. The dining table was rather squashed in a corner. It would have been great for just the 2 adults however!

The Inn was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The location was super for the many nearby restaurants and walking trails. Tofino was a 30 minute drive and the sights along the way are worth the visit. Hot tub and sauna were lovely.

Just missing plastic cups if you wanted a drink by the hot tub.

The location was good. Parking was easy. The room and bathroom were comfortable. Good recommendations for where to eat breakfast and dinner, although some restaurants were not open as expected.

There were not enough chairs and no comfortable chairs to relax on indoors. Hardly any tea bags but a lot of coffee in the kitchen. I had not realised from the website entry that it was entirely self catering.

Slick furniture providing plenty of storage places, very comfortable bed, good lighting, great artwork, well-equipped kitchen, modern washroom, clean. Excellent tips for F&B in Ukee. Also very much appreciated push information about important road closures.
