Location was great and the lady at the front office was very pleasant. Room with kitchen was perfect for our family getaway.

Man who was possibly the caretaker kept walking back and forth past our patio door the whole 3 day stay. Didn't make it feel that private. Fresh wet shoe prints up to the patio door when we came back from town was evident someone came onto the patio and peeked in our room when we were out or tried the patio door. Was a little concerning.

The staff were excellent! George went out of his way to get us on one of the best fishing boats in the harbor. The room was nice and big with amenities. It had a gorgeous harbor view and was one of the quietest hotels we've stayed in. Teo and George were awesome, can't say enough! Thank you again for all that you do to make our stay memorable.

I stayed in a King suite on the 2nd floor with wonderful views of the marina. The room was comfortable, the mattress firm enough, the sofa and desk/table very functional, the bathroom clean and spacious.

The one suggestion I have is that the shower needs a grab bar on the wall opposite the door. Otherwise, it had good flow, ample hot water and was very clean.

We chose Ukee as a cheaper alternative of Tofino and did not regret it. The Inn is directly in the harbour which gives a nice view in the evening. The light house trail is super nice and sunsets are worth a visit there. The room was super big with two big comfortable beds.

Its a very quiet town, actually not a "bad thing", but don't expect to make party there (as it may be in Tofino). Unfortunately the weather was not nice, but nothing to blame the hotel for ;)

The location next to the harbour was excellent. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and washroom/shower upgraded.

We stayed on the ground floor and if you have someone staying in a room right above you, you can hear them walking around and really for the most part that’s no big deal. If they are up and moving at 5 am to go fishing as the group above us was doing you should be aware of the fact you will hear them if you a light sleeper.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with complimentary tea, coffee and milk supplied. The beds were large and comfortable, and everything was very clean. It was within walking distance of shops, cafés and restaurants. Howdens, a family restaurant, was particularly good.

The soundproofing between the floors was not good and we could hear the people above us moving around and talking until quite late at night.

What breakfast? Didn't know there was any!

for the money and the stay, I really can't think of anything. Maybe have a communal barbeque available for the single rooms? The lady that owns the place is really, really great and allowed us to use one of the empty family rooms' barbeque but I'm thinking if that might not have been available, what then? Just a suggestion and a nice to have though.

Fully furnished with everything you could need(especially all streaming services which is great for kids!) It was exceptionally clean and host extremely friendly. The views from our particular room was great! I will definitely be booking here in the future as it was one of our most favorite places we have been to, even just for a single night. Thank you for a great stay

Room, including bathroom, was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Refrigerator was a bit larger than usual at hotels.

Poor soundproofing, particularly from upstairs to our room downstairs. At minimum, innkeeper should make a point of telling upstairs guests to be mindful of downstairs guests and not stomp around or let their children stomp around in their room. (Of course, they may have done so, and the guests above us simply ignored them.) Also, our room could have done with somewhat better lighting (e.g., another floor lamp).

The staff lady was very friendly and went out of her way to show us to our room and make sure everything was in order. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was a nice feature, as was the beautiful view of the harbour. We would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay if travelling to Ucluelet.

The stairs outside to the upper level were a bit difficult for one of us but not impossible.
