Location was great. Close to everything and acesssible public transport and taxis nearby to reach the other side of the city. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained by housekeeping. This included restocking bottled water and tea/coffee supplies upon request Room chosen included a microwave and fridge which was great to use. Pool is easily accessible and great to warm up with the winter weather outside. Fitness centre is basic but functional.

AC unit can be a bit loud when it isn't set to "auto" but this is neglible and easily corrected. Both ice machines were out of service at the time as were both vending machines advertised. There was a place to buy drinks and snacks just at reception instead

The location of the Crowne Plaza was perfect for walking to quaint shops, local historic sights with beautiful old architecture, and nearby walking trails. Although the hotel is older, the rooms were refurbished and clean with housekeeping refreshing rooms daily, which was a bonus. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The business centre accessible to guests was in a quiet location.

The only negative comment I can make is that the bathroom lighting needs to be brighter.

I had a large spacious suite, easy to be online in virtual meetings but have the doors to the bedroom closed. Very professional set up. The front desk staff were also very accommodating.

The 2 onsite restaurants were good but Maxwells ( the higher end spot) was closed Sunday and Monday. That was a bit disappointing- although the pub was still good.

My parents, FIL, and I traveled from Ontario to NB for my elopement. Check-in was delayed due to the hotel being sold out the night before. Ryan Campbell and Tristan made our stay and elopement day super easy and lovely. We were able to set up the Studio room for the ceremony just in time, as they gave us an extra hour to set up. This made my husband's and my day less stressful, we were able to take our time to get dressed and get ready. Thank you very much, Ryan and Tristan.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and everything was fresh. The restaurant is very beautiful and comfortable as well. Staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. I would recommend the breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and loved how close we were to what we wanted to see. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

I love the hotel really enjoy it! But is extremely disappointed and sad that all my friend paid 80$ less a night booking right from the hotel… i use booking all the time for my hotel and this is the last time… i felt discussed that you charge me 80$ a night extra than the hotel itself! I understand 10-15$ to pay for ur fee but this much is awful plus no parking and free breakfast and friends had it with their cheaper price

Everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and bigger than usual. Breakfast was better than most other chain hotels.

Gym is located at the back of swimming pools with only one access thru the pool area. Minor damage on the lobby floors, small missing pieces on the signs made this hotel not perfect.

Location was great. Facilities were nice, clean comfortable modern rooms.

Ou room was not ready on time. As a result we did get free parking and breakfast so that was nice. Check in is 3 and we didn’t get it until almost 5. I would use nicer lighting in the lamps - soft white/yellow creates a much cozier atmosphere than those awful white ones.

I loved the location. I loved the beds, pillows and sheets. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the water pressure - maybe it was because we were on the 7th floor. Took along time to rinse conditioner and wash. Also they were out of regular coffee pods only decaf in the room 😞… This would have been an easy fix for the hotel - to go out and buy some pods/ boxes at Costco.

Great staff and fantastic location. Lots to do within a short walk.

The room was a little smaller than I was expecting. The pool and hot tub were working but the area was often crowded and definitely showed some wear and tear. There appeared to be a sauna as well but it was closed.
