Location was great. Close to everything and acesssible public transport and taxis nearby to reach the other side of the city. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained by housekeeping. This included restocking bottled water and tea/coffee supplies upon request Room chosen included a microwave and fridge which was great to use. Pool is easily accessible and great to warm up with the winter weather outside. Fitness centre is basic but functional.

AC unit can be a bit loud when it isn't set to "auto" but this is neglible and easily corrected. Both ice machines were out of service at the time as were both vending machines advertised. There was a place to buy drinks and snacks just at reception instead

The location is central downtown and backs onto a trail you can walk or bike across the city. Very walkable and bikable city. Tristan at the front desk is wonderful, as were all the staff we interacted with. The room was wonderful - clean, super comfortable and spacious. The entry way is beautiful. Breakfast and service and restaurant was great.

The hot tub and sauna were not in operation but the pool was open and nice though could use a bit of an upgrade and thorough clean.

The bed was most confortable

When going for a walk on the walking/bicycle path, there was a guy shooting him self up with drugs, this happened by the bridge that goes over the roadway, a short distance away from the hotel. I just hope he didn't leave the needle on the grass or dropped it somewhere on the ground. The hotel itself was excellent and have absolutely no complains, just seeing that made me feel very uncomfortable

The location of the Crowne Plaza was perfect for walking to quaint shops, local historic sights with beautiful old architecture, and nearby walking trails. Although the hotel is older, the rooms were refurbished and clean with housekeeping refreshing rooms daily, which was a bonus. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The business centre accessible to guests was in a quiet location.

The only negative comment I can make is that the bathroom lighting needs to be brighter.

Beautiful hotel in down town fredricton with a great view of the river. Close to the historic garrison district and shops & restaurants . Maxwells was great restaurant , our meal was excellent and an extensive wine list. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful..

Wished it wasn’t raining continually for our visit , but not much crown plaza could do about the weather.

I had a large spacious suite, easy to be online in virtual meetings but have the doors to the bedroom closed. Very professional set up. The front desk staff were also very accommodating.

The 2 onsite restaurants were good but Maxwells ( the higher end spot) was closed Sunday and Monday. That was a bit disappointing- although the pub was still good.

My parents, FIL, and I traveled from Ontario to NB for my elopement. Check-in was delayed due to the hotel being sold out the night before. Ryan Campbell and Tristan made our stay and elopement day super easy and lovely. We were able to set up the Studio room for the ceremony just in time, as they gave us an extra hour to set up. This made my husband's and my day less stressful, we were able to take our time to get dressed and get ready. Thank you very much, Ryan and Tristan.

Excellent, buffett style but with very attentive servers for coffee. Choice was excellent, and hot ( for my choices!).

Request a room on the riverside, as the road traffic on the front was noisy. This is not a critique of the hotel, and I loved the downtown location, but for better sleep, the riverside rooms would be quieter.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and everything was fresh. The restaurant is very beautiful and comfortable as well. Staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. I would recommend the breakfast. We had a wonderful stay and loved how close we were to what we wanted to see. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Very comfortable room, with good air conditioning, fridge and microwave . Location is the best with lake side walk path and walking bridge steps away! Right in down!!

Asked for room cleaning and they just emptied garbage cans without full cleaning
