Comfortable, clean and helpful staff. On one of our stays, after check in, we entered a room that had not been made up after previous guests checked out. We went to the front desk and said the room was a mess and they apologized and without asking anything else upgraded us to a business class room.

Room was fine, only problem was the sink in the washroom, it must have a partial blockage as it drained extremely slow. Did not use the pool Breakfast was very good and the price great compared to other places we ate The young lady that was at the front desk was excellent. She was very friendly, helpful, and always had a smile.

It was a great location for us travelling through, it was clean and comfortable and the room had a microwave and fridge which was important to us.

The pool isn’t heated which was a shame, it was too cold for us to spend time in. Conversely, the jacuzzi was hotter than any bathtub I’ve been in, but was tolerable for short periods. The staff member who checked us in was not particularly welcoming, but not rude.

Nice pool area, clean rooms, friendly staff, good price, decent breakfast. Late checkout option were just great.

AC unit was rather loud but managed to shut it down. Power went out suddenly, as room breaker went out - must have had multiple devices on; staff was quickly to fix it.

The room was set up well, loved the decor.

Customer service was lacking at the front desk. It felt like the staff was bothered by the quest. When answering the phone from the room, the response was 'hi...' It appeared clean, but not too sure as there was a cord left from previous guest, which should have been found if the room was cleaned.

The was clean and the inside balcony was nice. It was thoughtful to have a small table with 2 chairs.

Its surprising that hotels don't have 2 chairs to seat on especially when you book for 2. But this hotel did. Thks. Swimming pool the bottom needs a good scrub. Hot tub should be prohibited to small children.

I was surprised by the size of property, room was good and breakfast was very good. Staff helpful.

The property is dated, though nice and they a planning to renovate the whole of it shortly. Once renovated, it should be awesome,

We went to our room. The door stuck. Eventually we got out. I went to the desk and the member of staff sent a maintenance person. He could not fix it, so returned to the desk. By the time I got there, the duty manager had allocated us a better room.

It’s close to everything , just about 8 minutes drive to malls

It was a little noisy in the hall by people getting in or going out slamming doors. Kids in next room were up super early and being loud in the hallway

It was very nice hotel! Having the restaurant and pool there was extremely convenient. Especially with a toddler! Everything was clean and well kept. Staff was extremely professional and friendly.

The rooms could use some modernization, but overall for the cost it was still a great time. One other small thing was that the pool was supposed to be heated, but it definitely didn't feel like it.
