The staff were fantastic at the desk when checking in. Very helpful and friendly. The location is a perfect so you don't need to drive anywhere into the city. You can walk completely underground to get closer to your location or you can just walk into the area you want on a nice day. The "York" bar and restaurant inside the hotel is nice if you don't want to venture out. Breakfast was great, it's a buffet and the food was hot and fresh. Quite a bit to choose from....like smoothies, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, some pastries, and the normal bacon, eggs, sausages and pancakes. Can't complain when everything you need for a nights stay is right at your fingertips.

Unfortunately, there was an error or problem with the delivery of alcohol on the Thursday and my husband had a very poor selection of beer to drink. I know this is not the fault of the bar or hotel, but there is no excuse in any bar not to have the alcohol you serve. Maybe a word with the company is in order. Not all guests want to go out, some come to relax and enjoy the quiet. Having a few drinks in a quiet bar is a way for some people to unwind. I hope this issue can get sorted for you.

You cannot beat this location! It is in the uptown area within walking distance of amazing restaurants and pubs. The bar at the hotel is right on the water and the service was excellent. A really special place with awesome atmosphere. Also the beds are super comfy!

There was no hot tub or sauna. That would be a nice addition. As well, at breakfast you needed to bring coupons. This seems like a waste of paper. Perhaps just put it on the computer.

The hotel is nicely decorated, elegant and clean. The staff were very helpful. We had a sea view room, with very comfortable beds. The location is great, right on the harbour and the boardwalk, near lots of gret bars and restaurants. We have stayed here before and will again.

It’s expensive but worth the extra for the vibe and the location. Parking was a bit difficult due to the large hotel and a conference centre right across the street

The room was very spacious, with a very comfortable king bed. My husband loved the pillows. There was a nice sitting area too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful and very well situated near lots of restaurants and shops. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it.

The weather! And paying extra for the parking, but it wasn't that much.

Breakfast was very good, great location on the boardwalk and beds were very comfortable.

Had a difficult time finding your location and market square for parking. We drove around for sometime before finally getting to our destination. GPS should be updated or possibly have an exact address for your hotel. Once we arrived, all was good. Thank you.

The rooms were very nice and spacious. I appreciated that the hotel was connected to the venue we were attending all weekend via pedways. Was a little disappointed that there was no free breakfast or free parking, but overall- great stay!

No microwaves in room, unless requested at $10 a day. Parking was not free on the weekend and no free breakfast.

Location was great. Right on the water and there is a nice path to walk along as well as restaurants close by. Free coffee to go in the morning if you have to hit the road early.

A little dated. Hallways could be brighter, very dimly lit. Not reference to ice machine? Not sure where it was and could have used it for our travels the next day.

All the staff were really excellent. Good view from the room. Breakfast was also great. I love the location, super close to everything and nice for walking around the city.

The parking situation was a little tense. We were driving a small truck and it felt tight in spots. Might have taken our car, if we had known.

you get dinged $18 a night for parking, maybe that was stated on website but not sure; little to no on-street parking; if there was any breakfast we were not told; getting to the site is a challenge; maybe Hilton can work out a deal with the city-owned parking garage to reduce the parking fee

The location was great, the staff was very helpful and the room was a nice size.

There was a weird smell in the room, it didn't smell fresh and I found the washroom very small compared to the size of the room. Also, parking should be included in the price we're paying.
