The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We got great route instructions after getting a little lost downtown. We loved the pool and surrounds….so bright and clean. The natural light was delightful. Our room was large and comfortable, especially the beds. The breakfast was delicious and ample….the teenagers loved the menu selections and especially enjoyed the coffee dispenser. Staff were efficient, pleasant and helpful.

It would be good to have instructions for the television and streaming device. We also noticed some design flaws that could be corrected. The exterior door dents the folding closet door if both are opened at the same time. And if the towel hook on the back of the bathroom door could be raised or lowered it would stop denting the shower curtain rod. I saw one silverfish insect which I understand can be a problem in damp spaces but persistent attention to eliminating them is still possible.

Nice hotel with pleasant staff and a convenient location

The entrance to the hotel is odd but no doubt dictated by the city. For whatever reason, it is on a curve that hides oncoming traffic on a busy street The hotel is adjacent to a very large commercial retail area but other than traffic on the surrounding streets it is very quiet The breakfast room has a fancy coffee machine that makes espresso etc. Very appreciated, but it takes a long time to make each drink so there is a constant queue at breakfast. A second machine would be a great addition

Being on a retail estate, it had free parking. The hotel room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom had some very nice toiletries. The staff were very helpful, particularly those working in the breakfast area. Although the pool was small, it was a nice extra. Breakfast was the usual offering of hot and cold foods.

The inside of the hotel is very dark as are the rooms.

Loved the included breakfast in a key card accessed room! Staff was super friendly and helpful with a late night check in. Gave good local recommendations and used the tourist pamphlets in the lobby.

The pool was a bit small and crowded but there was a lacrosse team in for a tournament so there isn't much that could have been done about that. Room cleanliness was just okay.

Very modern. Very clean. Spacious rooms comfortable beds. Informed and helpful staff. Very good gym for a hotel. Everything is very new. Four minutes to the airport 24 seven shuttle. As an airport hotel it was perfect. Saw lots of families there as well as people travelling for work. The complementary breakfast, although basic, was definitely adequate.

I enjoyed my stay. The special citrus soup smelled amazing. Guy Zach at front desk was always helpful, and when I had concerns was apologetic, and was understanding. Also had alot of support for all the staff.

In my room I noticed a pillow behind a chair. In the bedroom. I did mention if my sheets could be changed to desk staff and they where on top of it. Housekeeping went over and beyond to make sure my room was extra clean the next night.

One of the things that I really liked about this hotel was the fact that there was always fresh, free coffee available in the lobby. It was a nice touch and definitely helped to start the day off right. The rooms have been recently renovated, and I must say, they are extremely comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the overall ambiance of the room was very inviting. It was clear that the hotel had put in some effort to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the included breakfast was decent, one thing to note is that the hotel tends to get busy, especially when it's fully booked. This can make the breakfast area quite crowded, and it may take some time to find a table. However, given that the hotel is often in high demand, it's not surprising that it can get a little busy at times.

I would suggest adding another waffle maker as a suggestion. Other than that, I found the hotel to be a great value and a comfortable place to rest during your long journey.

The location was great! There is a sitting area in the grass outsde the hotel which allowed us to have our coffee in fresh summer air. The Breakfast is a hot breakfast with everything you could want. The facilities were all clean. We even did laundry and that went well as well. It is across the street from Walmart, Marshalls, Dollarama and the most concentrated place with restaurants. and Coffee. You can also open a part of the window for fresh air. Staff was great and helpful.

I liked everything. Will stay there everytime I come to Saint John.

Loved how close the property was to everything, we were there for a curling tournament, the rink was about 10 minutes away and we had plenty of food choices within walking distance to hotel, also liked the many stores that right there, very convenient

I don’t have a complaint, will come back and use this facility for any future trips to Saint John

loved the breakfast options ,great start to the day my daughter and I enjoyed the waffles,coffee and for me hot chocolate.very friendly staff ,and very clean and well kept up..will tell others about the service and value for the money..keep up the great work ..the pool was warm and inviting

did not like the use of plastic on Sunday,we know it is a busy day,however we have concerns for the environment ..the food remained the same great spred the staff here were very friendly and kept all tidy and clean
