The location and the friendliness of the staff.

We found the floors were dirty, as not washed recently, and the towel bar in the bathroom needs repair. The TV remote doesn't control the TV programming. It was really hard to figure out how it worked, but we manually changed channels from the Bell receiver.

Beds were comfortable. A little bit of more space would have been appreciated to open 3 suitcases at the same.time Breskfast was better than expected. We expected cold continental but they also served sausages and omlettes

TV didnt work at all and the air conditioning unit leaked a little water

I think a room first laundry would be ideal maybe two washers and two dryers like a little laundromat that people could do a load of laundry if they chose to for the people that stay a couple days or more

Very conveniently located and a good value. The staff was friendly and suggested a number of interesting and unique sites in the Saint John area. The breakfast was great, and the room and bath were very clean. So glad we stayed there.

Liked , staff, location room and being pet friendly.

Only saw coffee, no breakfast. If there was one, I didn't see it or wasn't told about it. Also, all dogs are supposed to be on a leash. There was a guest whose dog had the run of the outdoors. The dog was large and intimidating, though pretty much ignored my husky and me. Looks like people don't pick up after their dogs.

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Ended up staying a second night and housekeeping even cleaned my room after the first night which was surprising. The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. Will be staying there again

No breakfast or elevator to the second floor

I was pleasantly surprised. Our usual hotel in the area was fully booked, and this was a fallback. We had a room with a patio door entrance (very good security features on the door) and it made getting things into the room very easy. The beds were clean and fresh I like the available picnic table and outdoor space, although we were just passing through for the ferry.

This a bit of an older building, and the furniture is a bit worn, but it is perfectly serviceable, and the room was well priced for our purpose (the ferry).

No elevator. At least please clearly include that in the information so we know to either ask for a ground floor room or book someplace else.

Clean room and soft beds and pet friendly

They were upgrading the internet, which was fine, and the WiFi worked great but the tv wasn't working at all

Bed was comfy and room was large.

We request a late check in and out by an hour because of the time our flight arrived, along with a ground floor room do to issues with the stairs. None of our requests were granted and we felt disappointed that our needs were not even discussed.
