Exceptional location - walking distance to everything in central Amherst. I drove from the Moncton airport, parked my car in the free parking behind the location and didn't use my car again until I left to drive back to the Moncton airport. The shared kitchen is great for breakfasts. The place is simple, nothing fancy, but it delivers great value for money and has everything you really need - comfortable bed, places to sit and relax, great coffee shop right next door, and good restaurants all within a couple of blocks.

The street noise was a bit noticeable early in the morning. I was in one of the front bedrooms - the two at the back would be quieter, but they are also a bit smaller, so there's a tradeoff there.

I didn't have any breakfast as I left early in the morning. The host was excellent and obviously enjoyed having guests. The accommodation was very good. The location was perfect for anyone visiting Amherst for a day or longer.

The only thing I would change was having a black curtain or screen over the bedroom window because the street lights on the other side of the road kept the room lit throughout the night., which made it more difficult to get to sleep.

The staff are so nice ! The communication was great , I made a mistake and they helped me and they had a lot of patience with me, they are pretty flexible and understand your situation; the location was great for my purpose.

The fridge in my room was dirty :( We went on May and it was cold, we only had one thin blanket and no heater 🥺

Great Motel!!! The owner went above and beyond to help me when there were no pubic buses or trains available. He arranged a ride at a low cost so I could get to my destination on time, which I really appreciated. Facility was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended especially if you are in a pinch and need a little extra help.

Space was more than adequate for my needs. Being right downtown in Amherst allowed access to places to eat, touring beautiful Victoria St , close to a public library.

Would have liked a little more seating in back courtyard but a little park right next to worked well .

The location is superb - right in downtown Amherst, so everything you want in town is within walking distance. Parking is conveniently located just behind the accommodations.

It was unseasonably warm in Amherst while I was here and the room was a bit warmer than optimal. The kitchen facilities worked well for me, but they are somewhat rudimentary.

The shared bathroom might be an issue if there were other guests who took a long time in the bathroom. I didn't experience that, but it could be an issue.

The staff there were very kind and helpful. We had to postpone our check-in due to bad weather. They were very understanding and helped with our situation. The accommodation was clean and as expected. But their support was really exceptional.

Be aware to provide a specific check in time or host may not be present. Quiet rooming house type set up above holistic clinic. Clean shared spaces and comfortable room. Nice touches. Many historic heritage homes and buildings walking distance.

Small bathroom, but I can live with that! Shared area, but had it to myself. What do I expect for that price anyway?
