Our 4th summer staying there because of the smiling helpful staff. An example is the fine great friendly service checking in and the 2 workers who were at the free delicious, wide variety breakfast. They were smiling constantly, very friendly and extremely helpful checking on everyone to see if everything was good. What a great way to start your day 😀. The rooms are very clean and have comfortable beds. Every member of the staff we encountered were all simply awesome. They are also very accompanying to any needs you have and are very helpful in changing your reservation if necessary. We do not look anywhere else when staying in the area as we are 100 percent satisfied and would definitely recommend the Travelodge. Thanks to all the staff, job well done as usual 👏.

I cannot think of anything we didn't like at the Travelodge. Only issue was dealing with Booking.com. Very disappointing and will never use their services again 😕. Unfortunately, customer service is at the bottom of their priorities. To lie and blame the Travelodge when the Travelodge was so accommodating. If they tell you someone would contact you in 24 hours, don't bother checking your messages. They only responded to me when I sent the second message telling them I was going to post anywhere and everywhere the terrible service we got.

I love the hotel for our group. The outdoor space in the courtyard and all the facilities are fantastic but the property seems to be dated. Needs new carpet, liners for showers or regrout the tiles in the showers to clean them up. The windows need to be able to be opened for fresh air. The breakfast is awesome but again, no windows for fresh air or air conditioning should be installed in the breakfast area. Way too stuffy and hot. The pool needs to be cleaned and refreshed. The staff, I have to say are super amazing, kind and nice. We were not unhappy, we truly enjoyed our stay and it was a great space throughout but needs to all be refreshed.

Comfortable and friendly ,I always read reviews and was really second guessing staying here,I am glad I decided to stay, there is not 1 thing I can say negative about this place. Everything and everyone was great. I got there only to find out the pool was not working but was given a upgrade of rooms I could choose from. Breakfast was good and staff excellent. When you give a bad review, why not talk to the staff first so they can accommodate you, this is not the Ritz hotel so don't go expecting it to be so. Be nice to each other, god knows we need it at this time in the world. Thank you and this is my personal experience.

Be nice for restaurant and bar

Breakfast was not impressive but they had other choices like cereal and yogurt, but the staff was so nice and excellent service

Toilet paper is awful, we didn't have 2 bath towels, had to ask for more but again, the service was great, excellent staff,very good service, I wanted to use the gym but didn't like we're it was,to close to the pool so not a good spot,would need to upgrade that and the machines, but we took our walk outside since the weather was nice

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. It's a nice touch to have both a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The property is a bit older but seems to be well maintained.

My only complaint was the room's heating/cooling unit which was a large one beneath the window that makes quite a lot of noise when active. I was there on a chilly fall day so it would kick in and out every half hour or hour or so which didn't make for quite as restful a night's sleep as I would have liked, although it was by no means horrible. I had stayed in the same hotel (and actually the room next door) a couple weeks earlier and hadn't noticed this to nearly the same degree so perhaps it was an issue just with this specific room's unit.

Staff Erica ,Navneet were very courteous,polite and welcoming. Manpreet at breakfast was taking care of everyone and was always available for need. The bed was good and staff was amazing 👏

The only concern I had was washroom was not clean and had mold near bathtub and rust on doors. And sink was clogging. Now the hotel should have ev charger as quite a few visitors use ev vehicles. We were 4 guests and they kept only 1 small body wash,shampoo and conditioner.

It has had some updates and that’s great. Would like pool towels in the pool area as long walk to desk for people with mobility issues.enjoyed the variety for breakfast. Navcheet in cafeteria was so friendly, attentive and always smiling! This is what customer service should be! Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating! Thank you. Would like to see higher toilets as it’s hard to get off the toilet as they are too low.

Personnel was excellent. I arrived at 3am in the morning, and they treatment diligently and offered me a bigger room that I booked. I went for work, and was able to use the Gym perfectly well. It was a little old, however, they have a variety of machines that were great to exercise between conference meetings. The hotel is from a walking distance to the Convention Center. And if you like to walk, you can take a 30m walk downtown.

Some spaces or facilities look old. The gym, and some parts of the bathroom. Also, I saw a person walking with a dangerouse dog with a leash on the stairs, which was odd.

I have stayed at the travelodge for 5 nights with the family and pets. My experience there was amazing. The staff were excellent. The staff accommodated me and my family so many times. I was moving from Regina to Sydney N.S. and my power at my new home was not hooked up yet, and given the long weekend, we have extended our stay multiple times. The staff have managed to keep up in the same rooms the entire time. I will be forever thankful. They have a hot tub, sauna, and a nice size pool. They also had a hot breakfast, which was really good, and you had lots to choose from eggs, sausage, bacon pancakes, cereal muffins, fruit juice milk and more. The beds were so comfy, and the room was huge. The kids had a 2 queen bed and me and my spouse and I had the king room with a pull out couch. They were very spacious. I would recommend the Travelodge for the friendly staff, the accommodations, and great food and sleep. What more could you ever want.

I truly can't think of anything I didn't like about my stay.

The quality of this hotel was excellent.

Their constant stream of e-mails are unnecessary, irritating, incomprehensible, incorrect and a waste of time. For some reason they cancelled my booking while I was travelling to the hotel (obviously unable to drive and read) but the receptionist easily reinstated it. There is absolutely no need to check in on line and why on earth they e-mailed to suggest that I checked out on line (twice) after I had left was somewhat bewildering
