Place is located in a beautiful, green and peaceful area. The motel exceeded my expectations as the room felt more like a hotelroom. Service was great, staff was super friendly. Plus we got a free upgrade because we had a friendaversary 😊 The room was big, very nice. There were handmade chocolates waiting in the room with a card. Free parking, ice and wifi

Fantastic accommodation in a very lovely area very close to the lake surrounded by trees. This is a rare place in a dominantly residential area. Hardly in other hotels around so it felt very quiet. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very professional and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. I will definitely return back. Very close to the vineyards, and all the attractions in and around Niagara.

I wish the breakfast was included in the price.

Lovely little spot and perfect location for getting to both Niagara Parks attractions and Niagara on the Lake. Overall room was lovely and covered what we needed for the weekend.

A few minor things that didn’t quite work eg bathroom door didn’t quite close properly, mini fridge froze drinks when they weren’t in the freezer section. Nothing to stop us from coming back again.

Perfect location in quiet, residential Queenston. 15 min drive from both the Falls and picturesque Niagara on the Lake. Super clean, ample and charming rooms.

Except for the person who welcomed us at check in, not a single member of staff on site. Although, there is a number one can call if you need anything. Not sure if service is available 24/7.

Our room was beautiful. Well appointed and clean. It had a lot of natural light coming in. The location was very picturesque. Plentiful parking. Helpful staff.

I would have preferred to be on the 2nd floor but the first floor was fine.

The room was exactly as expected, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location was perfect if you didn't want to be right in the bustle of the Niagara strip. Was tucked away but close enough that if an Uber was needed, you weren't spending a fortune going to and from destinations. Lots of observation areas and trails nearby as well, which was a nice option to have. Overall our stay was very enjoyable! Will definitely be back again!

The updated exterior is beautiful. However, one of the main reasons I booked was because of bookings website photos of the white siding classic motel look. So I was a bit disappointed with the exterior. As well as more options in the lounge for "off season/winter season," not having any food options was kind of a damper come the mornings. Love that baked goods are offered during peak, but off-season travelers should have the same luxury as well. Coffee offered in room was espresso so unfortunately we personally didn't enjoy it but was a nice option to have. Hours could be extended a bit later, too, as if you did want to purchase any of the wines, etc, it's closed by 7.

We loved the friendly staff and cleanliness of our room. It was in a great location; we were able to go to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake downtown area in a short amount of time.

We were there on a Monday morning and Tuesday morning so there was no breakfast served and the coffee maker in our room was not to our liking….we just like regular coffee and the coffee maker made very strong, frothy coffee. We had to find a place for coffee, and then also breakfast that was at least 15 minutes away. I would have loved to have sat on our balcony with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

Rooms and bathrooms were Very Clean, Area was beautiful and secluded, very quiet , close to Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake.
