Charging additional $ 5.00, plus parking chargers, can be avoided. Room rates could be be better. Breakfast timing must be till 11am. Check out time 1pm. People come for vacations , they need to take it easy and not be rushed.

Clean rooms, great pool, great breakfasts and really nice to meet interesting travellers from other provinces and countries!

The outside of the building looked empty and had no real signs. The parking lot was empty, and we thought we'd been scammed. The front and other side was better. No elevators and we had to be switched rooms because the fridge didn't work. We also did not get a copy of our receipt when checking out. We still need it for taxes. Please inform how to do this. Thank you.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The location is close enough to the falls if you have a car. The hotel provides breakfast which was helpful as we wanted to go on a road trip the next day and needed to have a quick breakfast. The rooms were clean and had the basic facilities needed.

The breakfast options could have been more. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and it is not easy to carry the luggages to the upper floors especially if they are heavy. There were extra fees for parking and service, on top of what we paid on Booking.com, which was not communicated before.

Despite the unassuming exterior and the low price the room is spotty clean, with the bathroom even more so. On close inspection you may find some faults but without a looking glass you would think the whole place is a new build. The room sound proofing mostly works. The location is quite interesting if you are looking for a long stroll by the river.

The front desk staff was a bit cold and got confused when dealing with people coming by train. The "breakfast", well, let's just say they serves just enough to break your fast. And the room, it does not lack anything per say but one 60W room light? Backed up by two dim desk lamps?

The rooms are large, the air conditioning was good, provided some good white noise to drown out other guests. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. We didn’t use the stovetop kitchen area, but it would be a plus for longer stays or families. We did purchase Wego bus pass and it was a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop, and this gives you unlimited trips to tourist sights.

It could have been a bit cleaner. There was a strange odour in one of the stairwells.

Where should I put 11 out of 10? Big warm quiet room, good wifi, comfortable bed, the furniture is sufficient for a long stay, lot of towels and toiletries, nice view, rich breakfast, pleasant relaxation in the pool. Although the facilities are not new - everything is in good condition and works perfectly. Very good value for money. Staff is very courteous and attentive. Very good quiet area of the city. There is a bus terminal in 10 minutes walk with intercity and local routes. Also you can buy a 24 or 48 hour wego bus pass there (the green line of which runs right along River Rd). Rapids and whirlpools! They are amazing!

They upgraded us to a queen size bed room with a brand new kitchen! Very good experience. Very quiet. Room was very spacious. Breakfast had decent choices and clean! It’s free too. The shower water had excellent pressure. I like it was NOT fully carpeted and laminate flooring.

It was an older building. Definitely needs some improvement in some areas. The bathroom lighting was a bit dark. The mattress was not the most comfortable. The fridge was not too cold either.

The room was nice. We loved that the balcony door could be opened so we could hear the river rapids and watch the hawks fly around. The breakfast was decent with a few good hot items and the stairs weren't bad to climb. It was clean and as expected.

The sauna was out of order and the pool felt a bit dated with some missing tiles on the pool floor. And we had to get staff to let us in the pool area because the room cards did not work.
