Very nice hotel, staff was nice, we could walk to the Main Street where all the quaint shops and restaurants are. Close to all the wineries we wanted to visit. The room was nice, comfortable and quite large. There was a big stain on the carpet, but these things happen, other than that the room was very clean. Nice touch with the turn down service at night.

I would not recommend paying $30ea for the breakfast buffet, definitely not worth it. It was cold, no selection, very, very disappointing especially considering this beautiful and elegant hotel. The a la carte breakfast looked so much better.

The place is absolutely beautiful. I love all the interior decor. Staff were so nice! We got a complimentary bottle of champagne and a letter because we were on our honeymoon. The bed was very comfortable and the room just felt very clean overall. The restaurant patio is also so pretty - great views.

The TV chrome cast wasn’t working for some reason. And it somehow said I bought a movie when I was no where near selecting anything. We called the front desk and they took it off, but said if it happened again they wouldn’t be able to take it off. I just stopped trying to make the chrome cast work after that (lol).

We enjoyed the ambience and elegance of bar and patio. The grounds are beautiful! Kudos to the garden staff. The facility is very well maintained and beautifully decorated with furnishings, lighting etc

After choosing the most expensive room, we were so disappointed with noise from a loud bunch outside of our room while trying to sleep (wedding guests using outdoor area) After enjoying a beautiful and very happy day, the noise interrupting our sleep ( went well after midnight) spoiled our experience. While staff apologized, they seemed to be aware of this issue from other guests, so we were not the first to complain about this issue. You would expect this from a low rate hotel, but not when you’ve spent just under $500 for the night!!!!!

Beautiful hotel. Most of the staff were excellent!

A waitress named Kim at Breakfast was incompetent. We had to ask for spoons for our coffee three times before getting them ourselves. By then our tea and coffee was cold. We had to ask for silverware to eat our meal three times. She complained the entire time about having to come to work early. She didn't know what time breakfast started. The tables were not set up. Even though the breakfast had been open for 45 minutes before we got there. We ordered off the menu and she seemed like " wow" extra work for her , rather than us getting the buffet ourselves. Oh and it was my husband's 60th birthday so it didn't start our day off well. Disappointed in the experience.

Staff we're very helpful and friendly. They do their best to please their patrons. Besides there's a shuttle provided as well to move from one place to the other. It's fair enough. Overall, it's a very good hotel to wind down and relax because they provide provide rooms with jetted tubs as well. Because it's still winter time the pool and sauna was perfect enough to relax. We will try to aim our next visit during summer time so we can visit what's around the hotel with the shuttle bus even at nights. Everyone had a great time.

We just stayed for 1 night so we're a bit sad. Next time we will stay a bit longer that's all. I just wish that Queen's Landing provides Spa in the same premises so we don't have to move to other facilities. But it's perfectly fine because the other sister facilities are not too far anyway.

The lovely girl at the front desk also was a server in the restaurant when I went for a light dinner. Such a lovely, hard working, polite girl. I was there for a quiet night to myself. My husband has recently passed away. She did mention it to the young coworker who was there and when I left the restaurant he was so sweet. He offered his condolences and was so very sweet. He asked if he could give me a hug. He honestly was so sympathetic and it brought tears to my eyes. But only because it is always good to remember that we have so many wonderful people in this world and especially to know that at a time like this when the world is in such chaos. Thank you so much for being so kind and I only wish I could remember your name so I could make sure management knew about your kindness and also about the lovely young lady who was also so kind.

I was put into a room that felt a little bit stale. When I called the front desk and asked if they could possibly put me in a different room they were very obliging. I never felt like I was being a bother. So it was only the room I didn’t like. The service was amazing and the new room was beautiful and much fresher smelling.

Room was great, restaurant was pricey, location was good, especially if you were seeing plays at the Festival Theatre.

I didn’t care for the breakfast, not only for the taste, but for the price of it. I had the identical, but better tasting breakfast elsewhere for half the price. We also didn’t care for the menu or pricing of the Tiara dining room.

The staff is amazing and it was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. They offer a convenient shuttle and free parking - making travelling around town easy without having to worry about parking, also allowing you to enjoy wine or alcoholic beverages at dinner without worrying about driving. There is a fitness gym, spa and pool. There’s a gorgeous library that you can go sit and relax with guests. Tiara restaurant offers a beautiful assortment buffet breakfast at a reasonable price, or you can choose from their a la carte menu in their gorgeous dining room or from the comfort of your room. Checking in and out was easy quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be back again.

Hotel is pure luxury. The room is absolutely perfect! This is the best hotel in Ontario I have ever been in. From the room to the indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi everything is great! The hotel decoration is stunning. It feels like you are in a castle. Loved my virtual concierge Ivy, always checking on us to see if we need anything. We tried the Bacchus Lounge and the Fish Tacos and the Chicken Wings were delicious. Also love that we had a Nespresso machine in the room. We stayed for 2 nights but I want to come back again in the Summer time.

Clean, great cleaning staff, hot water for showers, clean towels, bottled water, safe in room, pool and hot tub area was nice feature. Parking was good as well.

Would have been nice to have a regular coffee maker in the room instead of the cappuccino ( fancy, but we are not fans). Our room looked out into the parking lot, so not much you can do about that, but will limit our visits for the price. Also pretty expensive for meals, so we went out and ate for all meals.
