Location. Good restaurant. Recently renovated was lovely.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the view. We paid extra for a falls view and could not see the falls for all the trees. Perhaps a higher floor may have a view but we certainly did not. I meant to query that on checking out and forgot. Perhaps you could give me a discount for our next stay?

The location is great, right on the main street, about 10 minutes walk from the falls. Parking on site for $23/day. Rooms are clean. We had bathtub with jets right in the middle of the room, I have never seen this before. Kind of interesting layout and plumbing. But no privacy if you share the room with someone you don't know that well. However, private shower is there too in separate room.

The jets in bathtub did not work. If it is there, it should work. Breakfast at the hotel is really terrible for any price, but especially for what they charge, which is about $22. One kind of fruit, no vegies, only if you order omelet. The rest is salt or sugar. Better selection is at Deny's cross the street for the same price. Staff is hit or miss. In short, the high price you pay for this hotel (we paid cca US$300/night) is purely for the location and clean room, the rest is like 1 - 2 star hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was very spacious and super clean, I think it had recently been renovated. The spa tub was beautiful, new and sparkling! Bed was very comfortable and I was given a quiet room to work as requested.

The only drawback is the view is of multiple parking lots...lol. not too pretty but if you don't care about the view it's an excellent choice for a beautiful room at a very fair price.

Very clean, and a convenient location.

The only issue we had was the room was boiling hot. Hallway was nice and cool but there was no air in room and the vent that should open in window at the bottom, it was not opening to let any air in. They did offer a fan, which we declined because we already had one. Not a huge deal, probably the time of year (March). They said no heat or air was on. Unsure why. Again, not a big deal but it didn’t make it very comfortable to sleep and couldn’t take advantage of the jet tub because it would have made the room a sauna. We paid for the jet tub room and weren’t able to utilize it. Disappointing. Everything else was great.

We only spent one night at the Courtyard, so we didn't use all of the facilities the hotel offers. But the room was amazing. We had our own jacuzzi, everything was super clean, the bed very comfortable, the view great and the room big. I would definitely stay there again.

We were given a room with a view towards the falls which allowed us to view the fireworks every night which was a nice plus. Staff was very friendly and when our little fridge died, maintenance came up within minutes of our call and replaced it for us. The beds were fantastically comfortable.

Although each room has a little coffee maker it would be wonderful to have a free coffee bar in the morning for guests to visit in the lobby and get a fresh coffee and return to your room. Wasn't happy with the daily parking charge. Come on, seriously? Everyone travels by car and having to pay extra to park at the motel you are paying big dollars to staying at is excessive and quite a put off. Really missed having a microwave in our room.

The hotel cleanliness and the fact that it had been updated recently, as well as the location to the Falls, Skylon, other activities and restaurants were fantastic. We brought our married son and their teens to visit Niagara and after checking in and arriving at our rooms, it was such a relief for us to recognize how lucky we were that the hotel and rooms were perfect for everybody. It couldn’t have been better. The location was easily within walking distance to all the activities and restaurants. We did the Falls boat ride, Skylon, walked the Falls area, did the zip line and enjoyed several great meals without having to move our car. We’d also recommend visiting the White Water Walk and Niagara on the Lake, both a short drive away. When you book online you never know what you will get, Booking does a great job with reviews and ratings and this hotel was even better than expected.

Luxury is accomplished on every floor of this Courtyard Marriott from the front desk, to the lobby and reception area. With complete new architectural improvement in the Pool and upgraded restrooms with the large Handicap unit to change into dry clothes. Spectacular views from the eighth floor room #823. Shower large enough for 4 people with body wash, shampoo and conditioner mounted on the wall. Awesome 50" Personalized TV with all Cable channels. Oversized twin Queen Beds, Serta Plush pillow top.

Parking is in and out unlimited, compared to a one time fee. Reasonable at $23 yet parked for free at My Girlfriends place around the corner.
