Our room was as large as an apartment with an elegant bathroom, fireplace, and very comfortable king-size bed. Dinner at AG is a must!

The step-down from bedroom to rest of the hotel room (to bathroom, hall, and living room) is a bit unexpected and treacherous—be careful. We didn’t expect the overnight parking fee which should be mentioned on Booking.com.

The location was perfect for us, only a 10 minutes walk to Niagara Parkway and the falls. Our room was lovely, very clean and a comfortable bed, but also luxury touches. The breakfast tray was delivered at the exact time requested each day and was lovely and fresh, the staff were all so pleasant, making us feel very welcome including in the restaurant, where we ate on the Saturday night, our server was lovely and helpful. A great hotel, lovely staff, great service, great location - the perfect choice for our first visit to see Niagara Falls.

We, a family of four (kids 15, 18), had a wonderful time in Niagara, supported by a great stay in Sterling Spa and Inn. Rooms were very spacious, as well as the bathroom, and very clean. The hotel is located in walking distance from the Niagara river, about 10 minutes to get a view on the US side of the falls. Canadian falls are about a 30 minutes walk. This is a big benefit as you don’t need to use your car, which is a hassle since roads are very busy. Although located so closely to the action, the environment is very quiet. Breakfast is served in your room, no breakfast room available, and of good quality. Obviously, choice is limited, but it’s a nice combination of yoghurt, cereal, croissant, eggs and coffee / tea and juice. Reception is very friendly and supportive. Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. We would highly recommend the Sterling Spa and Inn.

We had a room on the first and second floor. We would recommend staying on the second floor if you have a choice, thus missing out on the foot steps from the higher floor. Overall, it’s a quiet place.

A staff member was at the registration desk when we arrived. Very helpful individual. Very polite and knowledgeable. Smiled and seemed happy that we were there. Some of the larger chain hotels aren’t even staffing registration desks anymore so this was a beautiful retro experience. The room was clean very spacious nicely decorated. The bed was comfy. The price of the room included breakfast in bed every morning. That was such a lovely experience. Whenever I needed the help of a staff member, they were always there with a smile. I was never made to feel like I was a burden to them even when I dropped the breakfast tray on my way to sit it outside of the room. It was quite a mess. The staff took care of it, and assured me that they knew it was an accident and not to worry about it.

It was impossible to control the temperature of the room with the thermostat. I believe it was programmed to keep the temperature at a constant 74°F. I like a cold room at night. I could never get it to do anything but remain at 74.

We've been coming to this hotel for years, and it never disappoints! The rooms are always spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We even had a balcony. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions in Niagara Falls. What we really love is that it's a boutique-style hotel rather than a large chain, so it's much quieter and more relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience without the crowds.

If I had one small comment, I do wish parking was still included like it used to be years ago. That said, I understand things change, and it certainly wouldn’t stop us from coming back.

The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The coffee bar in the lobby was a welcome addition. We could also use the pool at their sister hotel, which we appreciated at the end of a long day.

We had a sleeper sofa in our room that they made up for us into a bed, but it was so uncomfortable that we could not use it. You could actually feel the coils from the springs sticking up, even through the foam topper they provided. There was a lack of waste receptacles in the room. The shower was great, but grab bars should be added to the showers for safety. We were charged $18 CA per night for parking. This should be included in the price.

This is my second stay, both times I was pleasantly surprised by the large room and the jacuzzi tub. The king bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is lovely. I love the fact that there is no tired carpeting but rather a clean laminate floor. The location is great for those visiting Clifton Hill and the falls.

I don't like being on the ground floor as this does not allow for much of a view but this was expected since the motel is not a high rise. Some proper mugs/glasses would also be good. The plastic seems wasteful and not appropriate for enjoying Niagara's wines!

The Sterling Inn & Spa is a hidden Gem very close to the Niagra Falls strip, literally 2 short blocks over. It is spa-like whereas it is aeromatic with its own restaurant AG Cuisine. The food at the restaurant is a la cart style and pricey but Delicious. We received a complimentary upgrade to a King 👑 room with Jacuzzi, I think for my bday 🎈. This room is huge, romantic and pleasing to be in, meaning updated furniture and the bed was ridiculously comfortable.

All new guests are supposed to get 20% off at the restaurant but I had to ask for it. If that is a standard why not take it off the bill before presenting it for payment? Made us feel like something awry is going on.

Superb! Healthy, hot and cold food and great coffee. Much more than expected in quality and quantity. Beautifully presented on large wooden tray. China and good cutlery. Cloth napkins. Delivered and brought into room by friendly staff member exactly at time requested. Really an excellent idea to include such a magnificent start to the day in the cost of the room. The bathroom was stunning. A fireplace was a lovely cosy surprise

Vinyl flooring was a little stark! TV Operation was a bit complicated so I was grateful for the very easy to understand instructions!

Loved this hotel. Was a bit put off by the exterior but inside the hotel is lovely. Big room, large comfy bed, great power shower and we got upgraded to a room with a hot tub! We also loved the free healthy breakfast they bring to your room which we had in bed - yoghurt, granola, fruit, fresh juice, boiled egg and a croissant. Very easy walk to the falls and the main strip of bars and restaurants. Also had a lovely meal at the restaurant - we did the $29 bistro menu and the steak and Mocktail were delicious. Farm to table so everything was really fresh.
