This hotel is value for money. it may not be the best around, but in terms of value for money, it's worth it. I was looking for a hotel that wouldn't put a hole in my pocket and still provide value. this just did it. We were going to visit the Niagara Falls. For the location, this is just awesome - just a few minutes' walk to the Falls and all the attractions and thousands of restaurants around. Not in the heart of it, but within a good distance, so you don't have to experience the noise, but still very close to all the fun. I think the location is the best thing about the hotel. Then, the hotel staff were just awesome, friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was not exceptional, but decent and good. Like I said, it's value for money. The Hotel was clean too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and if i have to go back to Niagara, I would not mind staying here.

The fitness room has only 2 equipment, not much of a fitness room. I did not mind, though, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, not a deal breaker, Still enjoyed the stay

We had a Quality time and Quality service at this Quality Inn ... Experience was very good and pleasant. Helpful, smily, and excellent staff ... they even upgrade our room. Spacious and clean Double-Queen room. Comfortable and clean beds. Quiet and safe. Delicious breakfast.

The only 3 downs are: The swimming pool area was not warm enough but not that bad, I also expected that the water should be a bit warmer for an interior pool. Also, the fitness center is small with only 2 machines; in addition, there were no chairs inside to sit down and relax. Finally, the Parking is a bit expensive, $20 + tax a night.

The location was great, easy to walk to most attractions. There were your basic breakfast options, nothing that stood out as amazing.

We were in the motel across the parking lot, the TV couldn't pick up on the WIFI for some reason so the Roku was completely useless to us. Also not having a small fridge/microwave was a little inconvenient.

The hotel is in the centre close to Niagara falls and Clifton hill about 10 to 15 minutes by walk. Reasonable price for the area and the room was spacious.

The hotel could really use some renovation as it seems that it is stuck in the 80s,the room wasn't that bad as it looked like some renovation had been done. Although the breakfast is complementary it could be improved by having more options such as bacon,sausages, granola and so on and Instead of plastic cutlery,plates and bowls ceramic plates and stainless steel cutlery would be better.

Well located for Falls and Skylon tower. Also restaurants nearby very good choice. The breakfast was quite good, waffles a always good for me.

Parking charges, I thought that they were a bit expensive as I noticed other nearby hotels had $10 and a few were free. The carpet made it feel quite dated and a broken window in the hall made it feel less secure.

The breakfast was generally good, but the breakfast room is very small, so it may take 10-20 minutes to find a seat. Additionally, there was a long queue to use the pancake machine.

I checked the pool multiple times during my stay, but the water was consistently unclear, making it inconvenient to use.

Near everything, walking distance to all the attractions, breakfast was good (eggs, sausage , pancake, coffee, was ok. Definitely stay again

Parking 20 dollars, we park next to the hotel for 10 a day, every place around was on $10

The bathroom was exceptional, large, updated and clean. The room was neat and had everything we may have needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and before check in, I was able to buy the parking and walk around .

The room was dark and had no view. The eggs and orange juice at breakfast were not edible or drinkable. Nothing was plugged in and the air unit was hard to operate.

Location and Staff . The staff was truly amazing, especially the receptionist. She was very welcoming and made a great impression with her kind gestures. It was clear that everyone went above and beyond to accommodate all guests
