The bed was really comfortable and we had a decent amount of space. The location is also at a perfect spot if you want to walk to the falls and Clifton hill - it's so close!! The staff were really friendly. They brought my husband a blanket at like 5am - they were very accommodating :) We were able to find parking for only $5 per night just around the corner instead of having to pay the $15 per night at the hotel (that is WAY too expensive). We also got a really good deal on the room since we came at a non-peak tourist time in early December.
We knew ahead of time about the parking costs from reading other reviews, (that's how we found $5 per night parking around the corner). BUT I still think the hotel should be more upfront about the $15/night online. They say that the parking cost is just how things run in Niagara Falls, and I understand that because Niagara Falls is a HUGE touristy place, but most other hotels we've been to don't charge that much, so I think it's still good to communicate that with customers more clearly. It seemed like they were trying to scam us a little bit by not telling us upfront online.

Excellent price for a location at the top of Clifton Hill entertainment and dining area and 7min walk to view the falls. Easy walking distance too to Rainbow bridge and American side of Niagara Falls. The room was as expected for a motel. We didn’t try the room service breakfast but the prices on the menu were very reasonable and better than those in the tourist strip on Clifton Hill. We would have tried the breakfast options if we saw them earlier. A lady at reception was extremely helpful when my husband’s shoe broke unexpectedly providing us with superglue that saved the day. I would definitely stay again.
The beds were a little soft for my liking but they weren’t saggy so they might suit some people.

We have stayed here before very please on all occasions. Clean room and hallways etc. We asked for a handicapped room and it was great. Loved the shower I so seldom am able to shower without help. the view was poor compared to other stays but it was Easter weekend and handicapped rooms are limited. We really appreciate the microwave and refrigerator with freezer it would be great for longer visits with families. There is no safe if one is needed and the parking can be a problem but the staff helped us with parking in a area not usually used for parking. We appreciate that help. The staff are very helpful and asked how our evening went at Komedy for Kidneys the even we attended the next morning. Nice to be thought of.

Room was great. We had a king jacuzzi room and found it very spacious. The front desk staff were great. They let us check in early as well as our other group of relatives. We were there for our wedding and all of the staff were very accomodating to my needs. The location of the hotel is good as it is very close to Clifton Hill and all of the activites surrounding there. Also only a 5 min drive to Fallsview area and casino.
Breakfast isn't included in the price and found it to be a little overpriced, however grateful they do offer it.

Room Experience: Room 233: Two queen beds, clean and comfortable but lacked a view. The room was equipped with a mini coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, and a TV. Room 234: King bed with a pull-out couch (unused). The couch was old, and the couch area thermostat was not functional. The room featured two thermostats, one for the couch area and one for the bedroom. It also had a mini coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, and two TVs (one in the couch area, one in the bedroom). The room offered two views: the couch area overlooked the pool and Ferris wheel, while the bedroom faced the parking lot. General Hotel Opinion: The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation, which I was aware of before booking. Despite this, the rooms were clean, and the staff provided good service. Overall, I had no major complaints and would consider staying again. Pool: Simple older style pool, salt not chorine. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast options were standard, and I chose not to purchase it as most items were not to my taste. However, the à la carte prices were reasonable. I opted for toast and a cappuccino, which were unremarkable but I did enjoy it.
I think the buffet breakfast is overpriced considering the proximity to other restaurants offering a better selection. It would be great if there were no carpets in the bedrooms as the carpets were old, I had flip flops on so I didn't have to touch the floor. However, I do understand renos are expensive.

Not only Hotel, but also my original room was good a location. I saw the fireworks every night and sky wheel. This room had a big problem, so their manager reduced my cost of accommodation and upgraded my room. I was very happy with her courtesy service.
In my original room, hot and cold water came out from the other direction in the shower room. Someone put the faucet upside down. The water run about a couple of seconds from the water tank of the toilet. It came on and off every 10 minutes. It disturbed my sleep. In the bathroom sink, the faucet was so hard to open and close to run and stop water.

In general staff were friendly and kind Was a kids hockey weekend so hallways were busy The location was perfect for us! We did a lot not far from hotel
When we went to our room we placed our stuff in and went out for rest of day Came back in late When we went to lye down we found a spot of blood on pillow case! Being late we took the two pillows off bed and set on tub side In morning I called about it ! Oh and out juccizy tub Did not work right! She asked why I did not call the minute we found blood on pillows I explained that it was late She didn’t seem to believe me Anyways someone came buy and problem was fixed Hot tub however still did not work properly It would not stay running For more than five minutes Than would not turn back on

Amazing staff. Everyone was so nice and super friendly. Special shoutout to the lady in reception who did our checkin (unfortunately can’t remember her name) and staff at the restaurant for breakfast. Accommodation was what we expected.
Price was way too high, but I guess that’s just how Niagara is. Also didn’t feel completely safe leaving my car at the parking lot because they it’s completely open and there are a lot of signs warning that people break into cars there. Not completely hotel’s fault but they could have a security guard there at least considering we pay almost 20$ a day for parking.

Finding the parking can be tricky, but just keep going around the block until you find the entry way; once there you'll park in the 15m area until you get your key card from check-in; that card is used for parking as well. As for location in the city, it's near the falls behind the main street (Victory and Clifton Hills) so you are right near the best places to eat, shop and about 15 minute walk to the falls directly. Starbucks nearby, but room coffee was good and clean maker. Hotel does point you to discounts offered through businesses. I wish I wrote this review the days of my stay, so my memory is fuddled as I stayed at other hotels, but I remember the bed being semi-firm mattress with pillow top, the sheets were amazing but check site or call for thread count. Pillows were comfortable, they could fluff and gave great neck support but I couldn't tell you what type they are. My room came with a jet tub, I was surprised to see it in the main room beside the bed; convenient really as it felt epic to jump into that and into bed straight after. Their swivel tv faces the main bed, and had decent variety of channels (better than other hotels in the area), so made use of background noise; that said if you prefer you can hook a game console or laptop to it should you be the type that utilize it. Change input button looks like the magnifying glass (that was confusing at first, took me some time to find it). The room was very clean, though the floor at the bottom of the tub felt sticky, it was also something we could live with, we just assumed it was due to the cleaner used, but it was and smelt clean, without any scent so it was pleasant on the lungs. Our view was of Clifton Hills but you really don't get to look out far - but that's keeping in mind that if you are staying here, the view never mattered. There was some noise (you will hear emergency response crew sirens and fireworks) but it was actually pretty quiet otherwise.
Can't open window. Their price on breakfast for what was offered, nothing particularly stood out on the menu, either in quality or variety of what was offered, so we passed on it. This doesn't mean it was bad, no one in the family can say; we just choose a different and in our opinion better option.

The facilities were very nice and the staff did all possible to make our stay great! The jacuzzi king suit was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was offered. The options sounded great, however my partner was vegan so we didn't partake in the A la carte. They have a washer & dryer, pool, and parking ❤️. The reason I heart parking is because the area is heavily trafficked, parking is outrageous, and the hotel is close to all Niagara attractions. Very pleased 😁!
My only thing was the break options weren't many. We expected that so we worked it out prior to our trip. That is also a thing in the tourist area, most of the restaurants & foods around are not vegan friendly. You get the basic salads, fries, or altered food choices.
